P. 2037: Siren’s Curse tilt coaster announced for 2025!

Recommended Posts

well considering the most each train will be able to take on is 12 people, I think its pretty plausible that they have an elevator. I remember stormrunners station got packed like the dickens when I was there, hopefully this elevator action will reduce or eliminate that crowding problem, seeing as the trains have low capacity anyways

That makes sense. I honestly never thought about that..I just thought it was for show..

How do you even know the reason is because they are going to have problems? You don't know- nobody does! How could you be so negative?

The only thing that really makes sense is for themeing and because of the harsh winter. For all you or any of us know, the there won't be any problems. To automatically just say to expect that to be a major problem seems like a bad assumption.

Let's see - Every launching Intamin ride has had problems the year they have opened. So, I think it's okay to assume that there will be problems. It's just an undeniable pattern.

Its for handicapped riders. Come on people! That would be stupid to have an elevator to take people to the trains, it would slow down capacity.. which is looking slow already.

Raptor has an elevator also, because of the elevated station.

And... it may or may not 'let a certain amount of people' into the station at a time, as MF did in the past (but didn't do much this season for some reason). I'm thinking, with the intervals they are trying to reach, won't be doing something like that, just to keep the flow going.

They "occasionally" do this on TTD. Sometimes, you have ops who just regulate the flow, but the lines for the seats are always full of people.

MF, on the other hand, usually have ops who let in only the amount of people who can fit into the train, no more.

If that will be the case on Mavvy? Who knows. I'll be betting on the TTD version of the line regulation.

Thats how we can be so negative. The have to get the stators PERFECTLY inline or else the ride wont create the magnetic field it needs to get the launch. All major Intamins with LSMs have or have come close to having this problem.

Makes me wonder why they went with LSMs for this ride. After seeing what Intamin went through with Superman at SFMM, it seems to me that LIMs are the better choice these days.

LMAO "the first photo with a train on the track".

You got me good Robb

I just can't believe how fast everything went. You hear an announcement of a new coaster and all of the sudden it's almost complete.

Thumbs up for Cedar Point on the construction of Maverick

I think we'll need to find a way to keep Spookbaby from having an orgasm on her maiden voyage on Maverick.

Why would you want to STOP that? We should be ENCOURAGING such acts of pure awesomeness! Besides, I think people might pay some good money to sit in the wet seat!
