Santa Cruz Giant Dipper: 1924.

And it's still far, far smoother and better than Grizzly over the hill at PGA, 62 years younger.

The Giant Dipper at Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, operating continuously since 5/17/1924! My #2 isn't much newer, California's other Giant Dipper, at Belmont Park in San Diego, operating since 7/4/1925 with a lengthy SBNO period.

EDIT: ^^GASM? Are you kidding? That's not even the oldest in the park.

I'd say either the San Diego Giant Dipper or the Santa Cruz Giant Dipper. Fortunately, they're both still running. I think Santa Cruz runs better despite using Morgan trains.
