jedimaster1227
I love seeing parks invest heavily in re-theming classic attractions rather than replacing them. This looks like it has the potential to really plus the log flume!

BDG
In 2021 the park will open a Mack Xtreme Spinning Coaster. Plans show a pretty wild layout including 2 launches and possibly 6 inversions. layout 3D view of the second half of the ride source: local government https://www.omgevingsloket.be/omvPubliek/?openbaaronderzoek#openbaaronderzoekprojectdetail/projectuuid=ussmNsEOTuCBS-lbcLnQXw Edited October 20, 2019 by BDG
RCT3Bross
^ I was afraid first that it would go on the place of Anubis the ride, but now I know that it doesn't I will wait till 2021 before I make my visit. Belgium really gets lucky in 2021 with this ride and the Mega Coaster in Walibi Belgium, I'm jealous of our southern neighbors.

I don't think there was ever a rumor that Anubis would be removed, was there?! However quite a few people expected this thing... So yeah, it's a pleasant surprise they actually went with a custom design, and a proper coaster.
RCT3Bross
I don't think there was ever a rumor that Anubis would be removed, was there?! That was more my own assumptions as when Looopings talked about the rumor of this ride type could be coming to the park in August this year they also had a snippet of a quote from Steve van den Kerkhof Plopsa-Chairman. There he said something like the "Successor" or "the next" Anubis the Ride what I assumed meant that this ride would replace Anubis.

i305isdaddy
Hollllyyyy Crappppp that video! I'm amazed that this is only the 2nd "Xtreme Spinning" model and Mack has already kicked the intensity up to a 10 from a layout perspective. Canobie Coaster
This looks like Copperhead Strike with spinning cars and a vertical drop!
Condor
Time Traveler is my favorite Mack and this looks as good or better! Glad to see the xtreme spinner evolve.

RCT3Bross
This ride doesn't look like a Spinning Coaster, the fact that it is makes it even better. I for sure will ride this when it opens.
indyv
That layout looks incredible! Yesterday the park organized a fan day where they also shared a concept art of the station. It would be themed to an abandoned train/subway station. Underneath is a picture I took during a presentation about all the novelties for the following years. ElvisLuv
Didn't get to plops this past summer along with a host of other smaller parks. In about 3 to 4 years time. I'll be back to the Benelux for just the smaller parks not called Efteling.
ytterbiumanalyst
I’m in love with that jojo roll. That looks really good, and also that not-really-a-cobra-roll thing. Timr Traveler is brilliant, and this ride really seems to improve on the concept.
Samuel
Crazy! I both love this and don't think that I'd stomach it -- I get dizzy just watching a Time Traveler pov. I'm glad that parks are biting on this design and having Mack develop original layouts, too. Very creative. I'm calling it that Cedar Point is quietly taking notes. BDG
Quite a few footers for the Spinning Coaster are already in place. This large area has been cleared and has footers installed: And it seems the footers in the lake are all installed as well... The hotel has also progressed nicely... The main building now has no more scaffolding, revealing lots of cute details. Still lots of work left on the west wing (which leads towards the park entrance)... ...and should end up looking like this: As well as the north wing (which stretches all the way to the park's waterpark)... ...and will look like this: photos: Plopsaland, Themepark Magic & local news
SharkTums
Looks nice! Similar vibe to the Efteling hotel.
Eyebrows
I didn’t realize there was gonna be a cobra roll on this thing! Imagine going through that while spinning. This thing is gonna be crazy!
DBru
Considering I think Sierra Sidewinder and Dwervelwind are two of the most underrated, insane coasters in existence...I absolutely must ride this thing. Can Holiday Park get one too, plz?
