BenFreeze
The trains look great! I just love the look of B&M's wingrider trains!
Geauga Dog
One great thing about these new wing coasters is that they are quite easily to theme to just about anything. Love the look of the train so far. The lighting will be interesting, especially as you view the coaster from the parking lot at the end of the day. harper83087
The gatekeeper facebook page just asked if we'd like a rocky mountain make-over for MS...if they're going to tease us then I hope they are considering it haha
Koasterking48
^ Keep in mind that this Facebook page was almost certainly made by fans, not Cedar Point. However I would love it if Mean Streak got the same track as Outlaw Run. Maybe it would also break the speed record for woodies (maybe height too?), had an 80+ degree first drop, and was loaded with airtime. I'm totally down for a RMC treatment in general. harper83087
Oh, I thought the page was run by CP, that explains a little haha. It is a nice thought though. I've always been one to keep MS as it is (see my signature haha) but after seeing NTaG, and now outlaw run and IRat, I think some RMC lovin' could do some good for that area of the park. skyrocket010
I have no doubt the park will finish and open the ride on time. However, it does seem like there's still a lot of other work that needs to be done and there's only 2 months left. The park still needs to finish the station, test the ride, probably wire it, clean up the area, build the queue, work on scenery, and construct the entrance. I hope everything is successfully completed by opening day so guests can get the full effect and see the beauty of the new ride along with the entrance. I see your point, but i think 2 months is enough time, they should be able to finish all these things......unless the Yolocoaster crew switch with the Gatekeeper crew
jfruge
I had always thought that the sections of track that were, in fact, wired, were done so before they were constructed on the site (i.e. brake runs, lifts, etc.)?

vacoaster09
Yeah I think they will be finished today ahead of schedule. Looks like only 2 or 3 more pieces of track left. Also look at how the station is progressing. cp beach webcam 2/27/13 11:24 AM EST
