Mine was Mindbender at SFOG.

Coincidentally, it was also my first looping roller coaster as well. As a kid, I was obsessed with roller coasters but was always afraid to ride the bigger ones. Once I was comfortable with the big ones, I was still afraid of the ones that go upside-down (so much so that I skipped Rock 'n Roller Coaster on my first trip to WDW in 2001; I was 9 at the time, I think). Eventually, I conquered my fear of going upside-down by riding the Enterprise at the Myrtle Beach Pavilion that summer, then the following summer I finally rode Mindbender.

Now I'll pretty much ride anything. Ahh, the growth of a coaster geek.

I'm thinking my first Schwarzkopf could of been Viper or Greezed Lightnin. I have a photo of me on Viper when I was really young so I will go with it. It was simple layout but it was fun. I'll never forget putting my arms out on the last turn where you could touch unmowed grass or waiting for the chain to catch the train in the station.

Viper layout

Here is a decent POV. (I believe from a TPR member) It's hard to find video from Astroworld.
