coasterbill Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 This is so cool that it doesn't even look real. It looks like something someone would come up with in RCT.
jray21 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Anybody want to fly me to Texas when this opens so I can ride it!? Really looks great. I really like this park. Especially since it's in BBQ country and the New Braunfels Smokehouse!
historyfreak92 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I feel like I'm being Screwed over, & abused in Houston, I wish I had my own Vehicle, & enough money to drive to San Antone!
ArizonaGuy Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 The awesome thing is that it looks like it's still about 25 to 30 feet from bottoming out. This is gonna be one sick drop!
Double0Kevin Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 HOLY F***ING SH*T!!! I want to ride this now! Might be a bad idea, you'd probably crash and die if you rode it right now. Ya know, cause it's not finished. I love how when I look at the ride pre-track I'm thinking "oh, they need to add some more supports to that section before track goes in" and then they just give me the finger and slap some rails right to the side of what's there. Look crazy.
Intaman Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 This will be a fine way to start Texas/Midwest!
Guy T. Koepp Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I feel like I'm being Screwed over, & abused in Houston, I wish I had my own Vehicle, & enough money to drive to San Antone! Bus. Guy"This looks so delicious! I want to dip it in batter and deep fry it!" Koepp
SFOGdude25 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 Orange you glad this epic coaster is being built!? Bad puns aside, this thing looks so sick.
ProwlerPrey Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 You've gotta be kidding me. I now officially want to go to texas to ride this thing. I honestly don't know which RMC coaster is looking better now, Iron Rattler or Outlaw Run.
RCT3Bross Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 That's one great looking first drop. Can't wait to see the rest of it standing.
Mr.Roller77 Posted January 18, 2013 Posted January 18, 2013 I can just imagine the lines for this coaster when it first opens, as well as Outlaw Run. They'll both be the talk of the country!
coasterbear30 Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 HOLY F***ING SH*T!!! I want to ride this now! Might be a bad idea, you'd probably crash and die if you rode it right now. Look crazy. How did I know someone was going to say that. Smartass.

Geez I can't wait to see this thing finished!
WFChris Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I feel like RMC is ushering in a new Golden Age of wooden roller coasters. These look like all those crazy old 1920's coasters like the Crystal Beach Cyclone except that they actually work and don't need to employ a nurse on the unload platform. 5 years ago we thought TG, Rattler, and other previously epic coasters would just be torn down and become a thing of the past. Now they are being revived to their former or even 'intended' glory, and we are lucky to see it happening! I don't care if you call it steel or wood or whatever (TOTALLY uninterested in that conversation), but one thing I know is that they are awesome looking!

I'm not sure we're fully in the realm of Wooden Coasters anymore. Especially the Iron Horse (or whatever they call that track now) coasters, thoses are definitely hybrids. It is seriously a cool age of coasters that we are currently in. No doubt about it.
boardwalkbullet91507 Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I'm getting more and more excited for this. It's looking incredible and beautiful against the landscape of the park.
deathbydinn Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 (edited) It's blurry, but the whole layout was revealed today at No Coaster Con. Link Edited January 19, 2013 by robbalvey

donkeyman18 Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 I believe it says seven inversions a track jump and fire effects.
JJLehto Posted January 19, 2013 Posted January 19, 2013 Holy sweet jesus...I need to make a ton of $$ in the very near future to get to here and Silver Dollar City
