jonskinny12 Posted January 30, 2015 Posted January 30, 2015 Apparently, Cannibal's dive loop is now complete! That just looks so wrong. Love it! That's what I've thought about every element of this ride so far. It's going to be fun!
gerstlaueringvar Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 High positive G at the pull out right followed by crazy airtime. Yes please!
KBrylczyk Posted February 5, 2015 Posted February 5, 2015 Sooooo I just got an email from Lagoon and it had this awesome promo image at the top of it. Yup.
Guy T. Koepp Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 ^I forget exactly, but if you watch the movie 5th Element. They reveal it at the end.
fredoflasvegas Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Looks like Cannibal is going to start another -- is it an inversion or not debate.
MagnumFreak25 Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 This ride looks better and better everyday
gerstlaueringvar Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 Looks like Cannibal is going to start another -- is it an inversion or not debate. 135 degrees/225 degrees are the separate line. I don't think any debate is needed. Outlaw Run's 153 degrees banked turn, Takabisha's Banana Roll and all the Cut Back elements are the examples.
Dar Posted February 7, 2015 Posted February 7, 2015 ^I forget exactly, but if you watch the movie 5th Element. They reveal it at the end. Enough people already love this ride, I think you may be right!
Fooz Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 I'm bummed this is in-house now, otherwise I'd be hoping a bunch of clones would be popping up soon.
RCF Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 I'm bummed this is in-house now, otherwise I'd be hoping a bunch of clones would be popping up soon. It's because Lagoon wants people to go to their park to ride something no other park can get. Unless they sell the model to a manufacturer, only place to ride this is Lagoon. Great way to get more people to the park outside of Utah.
thrillseeker4552 Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 Wow! This looks fantastic. It's so unique! And even better...there is a very good chance I'll be visiting Lagoon this summer when I visit my brother in college! And this coaster will have single cars, right? Or is it like the Smiler where the rows are connected? Is anything confirmed at all for the trains/cars?

All the other things I've heard is it won't have OTSR's (thank the coaster gods,) but feature ART Manufacturing's restraints which are on BomBora and WMG in Canada's Wonderland. Also, the cars would be a car of two with the last row connected.
DoinItForTheFame Posted February 8, 2015 Posted February 8, 2015 That overbank Amazing. I can not wait to check out this coaster in person. I love the theming at the bottom of the drop. It is all coming together, and it is looking great!
ThemeParkJunkie51290 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 For some odd reason this reminds me of Tomb Raider. LOL. The theme of this coaster is looking better and better!
coasterfreak101 Posted February 9, 2015 Posted February 9, 2015 I've never wanted to go to Utah so badly.

Enough people already love this ride, I think you may be right! That's it! LOVE! Love is the 5th element! This ride is built with a ton of love! And that is why it's gonna be awesome!
ThemeParkJunkie51290 Posted February 14, 2015 Posted February 14, 2015 Have anyone seen the park brochure with Cannibal? OMG! It's truly amazing! I do hope they have vines growing all around the building. I also learned they're planting trees around the coaster as well.
