I really liked the old theme for the lof flume! The idea of the devil turning the boats around was pretty cool!

^I guess the manufacturer had not started the construction of the coaster intended for Holiday Park and sold them the finished product at a bargain - plus maybe charging contract penalties from the Chinese park.

Good news I must say. So Super Wirbel didn't get sold but good to hear the first inverting coaster of Germany (according to RCDB) won't be complete trash.

I just don't hope on a sparkling vampire ride.

I think it's a great idea to use Super Wirbel's corkscrew for theming. The coaster track that makes up Thorpe Park's entrance looks really good.

Waste not, want not. Parks love to reuse/repurpose stuff if possible.

It will be very interesting how they will incorporate that into the theme. For now, they could add Christmas lights and call it the Corkscrew Christmas tree.

I love how the corkscrew is just sitting there on its side with the supports in the air. I hope they keep it that way.

I'm also a bit surprised how many trees they have taken down for this, hopefully it will be worth it.

They can always replant more trees like Liseberg is doing, cut down 82, plant 200.

Don't some ride manufactures themselves sometimes have similar policies? I think I heard RMC saying (about outlaw run) that for every tree cut down, 2 would be planted, or was it Silver Dollar City?

I think once the ride is completed the park will replant some additional trees they lost.

Since they got China's coaster do we even know the layout now? If not it should be interesting to figure it out.

This ride was originally intended to Great Mall of China. So yes, it's the same model because they are the same ride.
