ioio
Are the dining pass hours still the same? Is Lunch is from opening until 3pm, and you have to wait at least 30 minutes until you can get dinner (hours from 4pm - 9pm/close)?

singemfrc
Has anyone else noticed the park has been slowly posting official POVs of all the major coasters on it's Facebook page over the last couple years? As of last night when they posted Apocalypse we're now missing only Green Lantern and Scream. It's a little interesting that they didn't post Scream much earlier, at this point you'd have to wait for the re-opening.
vedved82491
Based off of "Our Mountain's" videos that he updates us with, it *appears* that the block brakes section of track on the double-down is gone and that the "crow's nest" is gone as well. He also posted a video yesterday showing Scream getting power washed.
Manic Monte
^ Yes, based on what I saw this morning, Colossus as we know it is no more. I'm very excited to see that second hill go up.
Mechanic
It's good to know the old MCBR is now gone. Seeing the original double-down underneath it was a depressing reminder of how good the original layout was compared to its neutered version. thrillseeker4552
^LOL Record-breaking guest service??? Their standards must be pretty low! Nonetheless, great report. Twisted Colossus is really taking shape!

Jew
Without context, it's impossible to read too far into the record breaking guest service. Cool that they gave employees a shirt to commemorate it (I hope a party or something came with it too), but odd they would make it the uniform. coasterlvr
when they first added that old colossus train for photo ops, the back drop did not have the opening start thing on their. now it's there and says spring. so i guess there is hope still for the spring opening. as far as winds. saw a pic today with employees blocking the entrance of drop of doom. so at least it was closed at some point today. edgeboy
^LOL Record-breaking guest service??? Their standards must be pretty low! Actually, if you ask me, I have generally noticed much improved customer service. Sure, there's always an exception or two, but on the whole... I think it has gotten better. HWFan
Looking at the Guest Satisfaction Surveys, the parks as a whole have seen huge improvement over the last few years. Most Guests are very satisfied with parks' employees. While I am a little bit biased, SF St. Louis has statistically been in the top 3 parks for almost every category and top in some of the most important categories. However, SFSL never did anything like create shirts to brag. As the "Coaster Capital of Missouri", there's no reason to make up titles that aren't 100% clear in terms of what they mean. I just thought it was hilarious that they have t-shirts, because most parks with excellent customer service (Disney parks, a couple of the Cedar Fair ones I've been to) are much more humble about having good customer service. Only Six Flags would make a t-shirt for it and "brag" about it when, while they're improving, there isn't much to brag about.

I think the main thing behind the shirts is a reward for the park's team members. It seems like a great morale booster, which will encourage them to hopefully keep getting better. While everyone may have a different experience at the park, SFMM does have very good scores.
