Yet something else the GF and I will miss out on during our Orlando trip in DEC. Mostly miffed about missing Hulk by 2 1/2 months. :(
I am however glad USO is giving it the TLC it needs and deserves.

To be fair, you're not missing anything. You probably would have gone in there and went "Wow, what a waste of our time...we could have ridden Mummy again..."

I actually haven't been inside Twister in well over ten years. We never even bothered to take Kristen to ride it! lol

^Well that definitely makes me feel better. Plus we won't be able to waste any time on nonsense as we will be cramming IOA and USO into 1 day. ;)

I felt the same way when I finally rode "Disaster."

Wow, my only trip ever to USO was when this was under construction. I think it was around 1996 or 97 since T2:3D was the new thing and I don't remember hearing anything about IOA.

Cleaning out some old boxes tonight I found this 1999 IOA Sneak Preview brochure! Who remembers the early days of Islands of Adventure?

What was the "Back to the Future" ride? None of my friends/colleagues have/had been to Universal when this was open.
I was a BIG fan of the movie, so I am presuming the ride would have been pretty smart?
