ytterbiumanalyst
Question for everyone: What is your favorite rides at SFSTL and what makes it your favorite? Colossus. I'm a fan of Ferris wheels, and this is still the largest one I've been on. Plus it gives us a chance to catch our breath, talk, and see the whole park from above. Which coasters I ride varies on each visit, but we never leave without riding Colossus.
SixFlagsAstroworld
American Thunder: I love how smooth it is. It is so smooth that I can keep my hands up the whole time! EDIT: I also like Sky Screamer because of the airtime you get on it.
Beni_Rodriguez
The Boss. If you ride it on opening day you will not regret it.
CoasterDirected
The Boss. If you ride it on opening day you will not regret it. I was planning on doing so, coincidentally, my break starts just in time to allow me to go to the Friday opening

HWFan
In case anyone is interested, the park was recently featured on Fox 2 News for the job fair. You can even see yours truly a couple times. Link
prozach626
Question for everyone: What is your favorite rides at SFSTL and what makes it your favorite? Mr. Freeze in 2011, because it wasn't Mr. Freeze in 2012. However, since I don't have a time machine, I'll say that my second favorite is Batman, because it's full of non stop intensity and positive G's. SteveStL
Screamin Eagle for me. I rode it opening year in '76, my first large coaster. I remember how intimidating it was, it was a monster of a coaster back then. I have been a coaster fan ever since.
SixFlagsAstroworld
Screamin Eagle is a fantastic roller coaster! I hope it stays up for a long time. Now the Boss, I rather have that RMC'd
SteveStL
Screamin Eagle is a fantastic roller coaster! I hope it stays up for a long time. It has got to, IT is Six Flags St Louis / Mid-America. Everything else is disposable or replaceable. Our park wouldn't be the same without it. To RMC it would be a disaster, they can RMC The Boss to Death - a complete redesign if needed. Geauga Dog
Count me in as a Screamin' Eagle fan as well. It's my favorite in the park followed by American Thunder and Mr. Freeze pre reverse blast.

VegasBaby
I've gotta go with Mr. Freeze and American Thunder as my favorite rides at the park. I was actually surprised by how much I liked American Thunder on my last visit. We rode AT a few times at park opening and it was fast, smooth, and full of airtime. We then rode The Boss later in the day and it was just a one timer for us. I asked my kids if they wanted to ride it again and they said they would rather ride AT a few more times, so we did! Tuly
Imo Boss is the best coaster in the park. I know people will disagree but the drops and speed for the coaster are amazing along with the decent length layout, it always seems to pack a punch in one way or another. Always a fun ride for me. SixFlagsAstroworld
Even though I don't enjoy getting my organs rearranged, I ALWAYS ride The Boss 3 times every trip to Six Flags. And for the Ninja, I always wear my old soccer headgear on it.

michaellynn4
I actually really enjoyed the Boss when I visited the park a couple years ago. if the coaster had better trains I think maybe it'd be liked more among enthusiasts.
aaronmb
During summer: American Thunder, Mine Train, and Batman Frightfest: The Boss, Batman, Mine Train, AT Going to try to go in early spring, as I havent been there at that time.

CoasterDirected
Well I guess I'm not going to opening day of SFSL, I'm flying out to Dallas as soon as I get out of school for Spring Break. BUT I will be going to Over Texas for my first time for two days so I'll have my third RMC credit and I should end up with 7 by the end of the summer I literally went from not going to a SF park since SFKK back in 2005 to going to over half the chain in less than a year. I've been to Over Georgia, SL, Great America, and have Magic Mountain, Great Adventure, New England, and likely America depending on timing of the east coast trip. ZeroGravity55
I might be a bit biased on this one, but this would be the best ride in the park :
mpmbee
I am after a bit of advice please. I will be travelling through St Louis this summer between SDC and Holiday World and was wondering whether this park is worth a short visit? Bearing in mind that we are going to the two Texas Six Flags parks and SF Great America on the trip and some of the rides look pretty similar here. It would also have to be on a Saturday on August so I'm unsure if it's worth it really. Thanks a lot.
CoasterDirected
I honestly would recommend it, Boss is worth at least one ride, as is the other two woodies, and might as well pick up the clone credits if you want
