larrygator
I am counting it anyways because in my opinion if its completely taken apart, moved, and reassembled on new terrain and footings its not the same. If I use your logic I don't believe you should be able to count multiple boomerangs. They are the exact same layout, made by the exact same company, most likely by the same workers in the same manufacturing plant. Yes, but they are different tracks. GL is the exact same track as Chang, and the supports are the same too. Boomerangs, yes they were made by the same workers, but they are all different pieces of track, if you catch my drift. They are all separate coasters, while GL and Chang are literally the exact same. I don't recall you being elected the Sheriff of Credit Counting. Many people have personalized styles of counting. If you feel the need to discuss what is and is not a credit please do it in this thread I have never tracked new credits on a yearly basis, but I think 2012 is the highest in terms of quantity with 151 (112 in China) to date with a possiblity for 3 more later this year. ernierocker
I am not the amount, but my most new coasters in one year was easily in 2008. The East Coast trip played a huge role in that as I hadn't been to single park on that trip.
CanadaCoasterKid
8 (La Ronde) 1 (Leviathan) 13 (KD) 6 (BGW) 2 (Knoebels) 1 (Dorney) 30 new credits for 2012, pretty good considering I only have about 105 credits so far...
Barge84
It has to be 2012. I rode 62 new coasters this year. Most of it thanks to the New Hotness tour. -- Thad
-Edge of Beast-
In 2010 when I went to Florida and visited Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, and the Universal Resort. I'd say that's around 16 coasters or so, not counting re-rides. I know, it's kind of sad. I don't visit new parks that much, which explains my low coaster count. RCT3Bross
currently I've did the most first times in 2010 with 10 new rides in one year. Europa park (Without Wodan because it wasn't build back then) and Joris en de Draak (Efteling). Best year so far. My second most stands was last year, 2012, with 8 new rides. Third place goes to 2008 with 6 new ones. Edited October 6, 2013 by RCT3Bross
Erik Johnson
I think for me it was 2007. I earned around 80+ credits that year between going to California, Las Vegas, Wild Adventures, and doing TPR's Midwest trip. I was only able to get 5 new ones this year.
