odie Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Bump: It's winter and I want to know! Here in Washington we had a snow storm over the weekend with snow from 4 inches to about a foot deep. Then, yesterday we had a rain storm were we got up to 10 and a half inches of rain! It flooded everywhere to the point were we don't have school today! RAIN DAY!
CoasterDude211 Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Wow! That sounds nice...the snow that is. Here in T-Town it's around the 50's in the afternoon and the 30's at night. I'm pretty much ready for spring. If it's not going to snow (which it won't) then I'd rather have warmer temperatures.
hansrubens Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Cold, windy and raining around here. 8 celsius/46,4 Fahrenheit.
odene497 Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 We had a snowday today. That's what the weather's like.
Groteslurf Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Cold, windy and raining around here. 8 celsius/46,4 Fahrenheit. About the same here. And this now already for 3-4 weeks and not much change is to be expected according to the forecasts
Bucket Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 It is about 34 degrees Fahrenheit where I live in Germany. However, it's always windy or rainy so it feels colder!
coasters 4 me Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 Well, here in Ireland it is about 11 Celcius Max most of the time. Although the last week or so it was completely baltic. Something like -2 Celcius at night. The weather is SO unpredictable. One day it can be mild and rainy, next day it can be feezing and clear skies. You just never know whats around the corner......
Coasterlvr_nc Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 around 40 here, with a breeze, and of course! no rain still.... we havent had rain in about 3 months, you cant even take your boat out on the lakes near us anymore because you will run aground...
zeke11793 Posted December 4, 2007 Posted December 4, 2007 In FLA it is cool, but not the cold winter weather I like. It's between 68 and 72 degrees. It's kinda Overcast-ish. Some clouds...
canadianfreak Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Right now it's -6C (21.2F) with a wind chill of -12C (10.4F) and light snow. The average temperature for the past week has been around -7C, so around 19.4F. There was a storm which brought us 40cm of snow, and more expected for Friday. Yay
Vekoma Fan Boy Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 ~30 degrees F., with windchills down to 20! Yay! Vekoma "I *love* the cold!" Fan Boy.
sixflagsguy5 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I live near Chicago. Today it snowed probably about 4 inches and it's supposed to snow until tommorrow at noon!! Snow day!
krouvi Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 In Tel Aviv Israel we have rain and its not so cold - about 20 cellzius. We never have snow in here but can get some heavy showers that make the entire city one big traffic jam.
Mushroom Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Sunny with on/off showers, and windy, not good flying conditions =[
Bucket Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 It was 80 freakin degrees here today!?!?! WTF! 80 degrees in December? No wonder everyone wants to move to California!
CoasterExpert13 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I live in Pittsburgh, Pa and right now it's about 28 degrees and it is snowing like crazy outside...about 2-3 inches... my backyard my car in front of my house, covered in snow
dandaman Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 Got a couple inches last night; got clipped by a system passing just south of us. It's partly cloudy now, but the wind has been a real b*tch for the past few days or so.
coasterfreak101 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 It's about time it snowed! We never even got that "First Frost of Winter." We've only got an inch or so (Annapolis, MD area) but none of it's on the roads. Hoping for it to freeze up overnight!
piggy4891 Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 I live just north of Indianapolis and we got close to 5 inches last night and early morning today. We got a 2 hour delay!!
Team Thriller Posted December 5, 2007 Posted December 5, 2007 ^^^^ I wish it was like that HERE! It's Germany and it isn't even snowing YET! I've been waiting around three months now for snow, and nothing has came!!! And it's below freezing!!!!
cycamps Posted December 6, 2007 Posted December 6, 2007 It's at 4" right now and it's supposed to keep snowing later. The town where I live is about 2 and a half hours west of Chicago, about 40 mins. from the Mississippi River.
exit english Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 I'm getting off work in 45 minutes, and as far as I know, it has snowed and sleeted all night long. Hopefully, my drive home goes OK, because I'm BEAT, and just want to go to bed right now.
