On-ride / Lift Hill Soundtrack

Have you ridden a coaster with a lift hill, and it plays some kind of soundtrack? Safety warnings, music, etc.

 

All I have experienced in real life are the Beast & Banshee @ KI.

I absolutely hate the music on the Beast's first lift hill. I like listening to the traditional sound of the anti-rollbacks going up. With Banshee I love Eve's scream at the top of the lift.

The Beast's is awesome... the music combined with the sound of the chain lift is very intimidating at night.

 

Then again X2 plays clips from Full Metal Jacket which automatically makes it awesome. Too bad it's a terrible ride.

The music on the spiral lifts of Eurosat and EuroMir at Europa Park.

Add to that the fact that you actually spend quite a significant amount of time on the lifts of both coasters.

I loved the pre ride audio at X2, a sample of The celebration of the lizard king by the doors. If anyone has this sample of audio id love to hear it again...

Same here! It only adds to the suspense. I'm glad Cedar Fair kept it, the riders' teeth chatter when they hear that.

Helix has no lift hill, however the queue and station music is as good if not better than millennium force, which I also enjoy.

I really love the sound of Anti-Rollbacks on Arrows, B&M Inverts, and most woodies. (GG, CCI, PTC, Dinn)

Arrows and older (Pre-2003) B&Ms for me. I love the sound of the trains disengaging the lift.

My favourite is by far SFNE's Bizarro. Hearing "Come my friends, it is not too late to seek a newer world...OR IS IT?!" just as you crest the lift is awesome.

If only six flags could maintain it.

^^ That's awesome! I've ridden Apollo's Chariot many times, and I honestly don't remember hearing it.

 

Even though it's not a coaster, I love the track played on Lex Luthor.

It isn't a lift hill soundtrack at all but I love the sounds on Steel Venom. I love the screams they play right as you launch. And then also when you are suspended for a few seconds too.

 

I also like the "I think this time it's going to work. Warning Warning NO NO NOOOO!" On the Incredible Hulk Coaster.

Even though I've never been on it, I like what Crazy Coaster at Nanhu used (though from what I could tell in the video, it sounds like the ride's music system was hooked up to one of the op's music players).

Those aren't screams, they are the sound that the magnetic launch system makes when the electricity is applied to it for launching or holding the train.
