B&MIntaminGCI
From the looks of the track in the low quality image, it kind of looks like it's a steep climbing turn, because you can see the inside of the track where the next piece would connect, maybe they're doing an inclined immelman like Hyrda, but reversed? DarkStitch626
Given size similarity, could this have an "incline" dive loop, like on Hydra?
Jhcbiinoc
Actually, I had thought it might end up being an immelman-but it turns out it is, in fact an overbanked turn, after seeing these photos: http://www.flickr.com/photos/gardaparks/page4/ There's some really good photos in there, found the link on the same site where the photos of the drop had been posted. Looking back at some of the videos where the ride was being discussed and some of the original ride info released, this could be what they were referring to when they were talking about the "90°turn at high speed ". Really interested to see how this turns out-now that the track is complete, it should be interesting to see the theming and the trains. Just a hunch, but I still have a suspicion that they could possibly have something with the rotating seats on this version.
Tezee
WOW! The 1. drop looks AMAZING. It´s very nice
Ed Farmer
I wish B&M hadn't abandoned the dip after the lift. It gives such a nice little kick. Here's hoping this prototype rides more like Batman The Ride than Air.
B&MIntaminGCI
Oh, that looks really good, this means track work is almost done, so maybe we'll be getting a glimpse of the trains soon.
matteocrepaldi
Trackwork is done! Here's some photos from someone who visited Gardaland for the first day of Magic Winter opening. http://www.flickr.com/photos/gardaparks/page2/ I love how it will interact with the Rio Bravo midway!!! Wow!!!

Fooz
Does anyone know how much gardaland is paying for the ride? It looks very cost-effective for a B&M.
mudvayneimn
^^ Well I would like to see a period in your posts. I Guess we can't have everything we want. I cannot wait to see what the train looks like. To see B&M work to eventially create a working 4d model will be exciting, especially if it happens right in front of our faces with a full circuit coaster instead of a private warehouse. ManiaMuse
Does anyone know how much gardaland is paying for the ride? It looks very cost-effective for a B&M. Apparently it is being built for nothing more than the cost of construction. The park is close to the B&M HQ so they get to test out their new prototype ride at a nearby park while Gardaland gets a good value for money ride (although obviously with the risks of a prototype concerning reliability etc). aceospades1250
Looks to me like they just took one of their standard cookie-cutter rides and slapped a new trail on it. Nothing special It's not like Intamin didn't build this same concept 3 years ago, and Arrow way back in 2002.

aceospades1250
Have you ever ridden X2? I'd say the did a pretty damn good job. Just saying, I don't know why this is being classified as a "prototype" when multiple companies have made versions of it since 2002
coasterkyle
^ That doesn't stop car companys from making prototypes, the car has been around for over 100 years. It's being called a prototype b/c B&M have never done this style of seating. And B&M is not designing it the same way Intamin or Arrow have in the past. Ace Of Spades
^All of those don't mean crap if you can't keep it operating on any sort of regular basis. Also, it's worth noting that Arrow died because of X.
