What other non-theme park boards do you read?

With the amount of referals we got from Something Awful today, it made me stop and wonder "What other sites do our users check out on a regular basis?"

 

So that's the question. What non-coaster/theme park sites or message boards do you read out there, and what do you reccomend?

 

For me, I read most of the gaming sites (for obvious reasons) like Blues News and IGN.

Pretty much all the sites/ message boards I usually visit are all theme park related. But I'll post anyway visionsfantastic.com, modstothemax.net, doombuggies.com, rollercoasterpro.com, and of course themeparkreview.com.

I mainly visit themepark-related sites such as TPR (duh!) WWS, NCN, SFMWonline when they were around, and so on... A while back, I used to participate on NewGrounds but all the guys there are what us men all have in common. They always tend to bash animations/music even if it's good. I also used to check out Norfair Depths, a Metroid-dedicated site.

^^ Some guy that's lurked for a long time. I got an email from him yesterday asking to post a link to a video. Being that bandwidth starts over tomorrow I figured, why not? I told him he needs to sign up in exchange for sucking our bandwidth!

 

I didn't actually take that much of a hit, but it sure as hell seemed like there were a LOT of people on the site today!

All boards I read just happen to be theme park-related. I don't feel the need to venture off into other boards because the boards I do read are so well-rounded. TPR, for example, covers EVERYTHING from sports, concerts, movies to birthdays, grocery store trips and having your wisdom teeth pulled. Other theme park boards I read just happen to cover religion, politics, cultures, traffic & weather, etc. etc. etc... along with their regularly scheduled programming .
