When I flew to Beijing in 2003 the Austrian Airlines A330 had this feature. Was pretty cool when landing (While looking out for the Great Wall too )

I was over there in 2003 for 2 weeks and I had my picture taken by locals about 50 times. When not having a picture taken you just get stared at. Felt like I was famous for 2 weeks lol. I guess since the Olympics and all the tourists it's calmed down a bit as it's getting more normal to see westerners now.

Mutainyu section? If so I've been on that alpine coaster and it's awesome. Watch out for the random chinese on the mountain telling you to brake lol

I'd go with that. Although Grand National comes a very close second to the wild mouse. It's about time we actually got some new decent coasters around these parts. It's starting to get quite embarassing

Never thought that the place that I was born (Hucknall) would ever be on TPR lmao. Glad you enjoyed it. I used to go to the Goose Fair every year when I lived in Nottingham.

Wicksteed park, Kettering

Great pics. Thanks for posting them. Every year I see these parks in mainland Europe/Scandanavia and they are getting better and better. World class even. Our parks here in the UK are getting worse and starting to "fall beind". Cheap air travel here in Europe though is starting to make even the general public go for weekends away at places like Europa Park instead of Alton Towers. They need to stop thinking that were an isolated island and the custom will not go anywhere else and start thinking or realising that people are now starting to go elsewhere. PS Just consumed a couple of Stella Artois. Hence the passionate post lol.

Everytime I see pictures of the funhouse at Southport it always makes me sad because it makes me think of the Funhouse in Blackpool. Basically for anybody that doesn't know Valhalla is built on the site of the legendary funhouse that burned down in 1991. Blackpools funhouse was bigger and better in everyway. Sadly there arn't many pictures on the net of it. Very sorely missed.

Yep, I live about half a mile away and it's being attached to the existing Theme Park. Progress is slow though. Should be good to take the little one there though.
