ECZenith
Oooo, those are cool. I really like Firefall at PKD. With the right theming these rides are absolutely amazing. http://database.thrillnetwork.com/dbgallery/photo_view.php/2610/kings_dominion/tomb_raider_firefall2092.htm Can't wait to see the finished product considering Phantasialand's excellent reputation. Menghini
Topple Tower sounded intereting... But a suspended top spin? Hmm, I hope themeing, etc. will be good.
anthonyny
The mystery is raised. It's a Suspended Top Spin http://www.onride.de/viewtopic.php?t=29791&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=1620&-1 Article of press who say it's a Suspended Top Spin. Janster
Just a topspin. I don't like top spins. Bummer.
verticalzero
That is a real shame, 2 many Top Spins around and not enough "Topple Towers". I wonder what a 200ft Topple Tower would be like..
jappi
I realy happy it will be an top spin because I Think a topple tower wouldent give much of an expierince like a topspin and I onlt ridden on topspin so this is much better^^
Canobie Fan
I have been on one of the floorless topspins about 7 rides in all. the program it ran was really really lame. So just hope Phantasialand runs it good... It also kind hurts if your a guy....
Cyrotech
Check over to the german community Onride.de http://www.onride.de/viewtopic.php?t=29791&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=2970&10936 199 pages about Talocan, including pictures. Phantasialand is doing a great job theming the topspin, so it is going to be something special, like TombRaiderTS
Axman
I thought Rip Tide at Knott's was fantastic, so this is good news! Top Spins, especially suspended ones, are better than topple towers, in my opinion. Have ridden both, one certanly out ranks the other.
PKI Jizzman
Kinda looks like it will be a Tomb Raider.
socalMAN123
Suspended top spins are defenitly an experience. Just like James said, they do hurt if you're a guy. Sadly, RipTide at Knott's is not very intense at all. Let's just hope that Phantasialand will come through and run an insane program! ---Brent
Axman
They must have changed the program... I rode Rip Tide right after Silver Bullet opened, and RT was easlily one of the most wicked rides ever! I cuoldn't belive that it spun that fast! It was a true spectical, and is WAY better than Hammerhead Shark!
ECZenith
Awww... you had to remind me... I miss Hammerhead, and now the only place you can ride a Zamperla Rotoshake is at MoA. I wish they'd sell a coupl e more o fthem.
Axman
I hate to break it to you, but I think that "The Mighty Axe" is closing for the Avatar coaster. It's the only place in the park that has room. I'm sorry. I guess the one at SFA is gone too?
Menghini
Talocan will be "tested" 16 may and will officially be opened 26 may. It looks great!

DATman
That music was the opening track from Narnia. Do they have the rights for that?
Machtin
That music was the opening track from Narnia. Do they have the rights for that? This is not China, it's Germany. Be assured that they acquired the rights to do this since German copyright is pretty strict. Btw, this is hands down the best themed top spin ever! kennywood!007
Meh, it looks ok. The operation looked like a mild one. Only flipped 3 times each time. But it did that twice so 6 in the whole ride. Tomb Raider: Fire Fall looks better IMO, and the operation seems to be better on it.

Machtin
I just want to inform you that Talocan finally opened today. There are already quite a lot of pics at onride.de! Looks awesome to me. What do you think?
Disney Dood
The theming is on par with a Disney Indiana Jones ride!
