chaos
Sounds interesting, but I doubt it will be as good as Black Mamba.
robbalvey
^ Well of course not...but it's really great to see them adding another attraction so soon after opening such a MAJOR addition! --Robb
MSLSM
This sounds intresting, and hopefully it is themed well, but considering what park it is at, I'm sure it will. Like Robb said, it is nice that they will have to consecutive years with new attractions.
ECZenith
Cool name, I've yet to ride a Topple Tower... Will be while before ML opens theirs. Hopefully this one is as elaboratly themed!
MARK
Is this in the Deep in Africa section?
Machtin
^not very likely. Looking at the name, it's more probable that this ride will be located in the Mexican area of the park. Wikipedia refers to "Tlalocan" as the heaven of the Aztec mythology, while "Tlaloc" is the god of rain and lightning. Fitting name for a Topple Tower, imo. Bl0nder
Well Black Mamba definitly isnt perfect. Today the front row was closed for "normal" people. Only Quickpass purchaser were allowed to ride! I was just like "WTF ?". A Theme Park is a place for the family to have fun and forget the to forget the problems existing in the world they live in and not to get confronted with the same s*** they have to stand every day. Will we have First Class Theme Park visitors in the future ?
chaos
^Well, some Six Flags parks do have that VIP pass. Even though it isn't perfect, I'm sure it still better than almost all the inverts here in the U.S.
MARK
Yeah, I thought the sign looked a little too aztec for Deep in Africa. It would be cool though, if they expanded the area into the car park on the other side of that fence, connected by the bridge through the loop. PHL-Freak
Well Black Mamba definitly isnt perfect. Today the front row was closed for "normal" people. Only Quickpass purchaser were allowed to ride! Will we have First Class Theme Park visitors in the future ? They often close the q for the front row because of too many people waiting there, and too many quickpasser waiting for the first row. EDIT: On tuesday, a HUGE amount of flatscreens were brought to the rider cam shop. Looks like you will be able to buy DVDs of your ride
PHL-Freak
^Yeah, I see that exactly like you. I even thought of replacing the Smookeys Digger Camp for Talocan. But actually I think more of Talocan in the mexican area. But if you'd remove the tower, there's still not much space for a Topple Tower. Huss is insolvent (Right word?), that's another problem. Some other rumours I heard told me about a kiddieland, but I think they have enough (Two big ones, that should do it...)
Schmoofy
Is the topple tower, similiar to Tang'or at Walibi Lorraine ?
olimonn
^ It's exactly that (theme varies though) ride.
PHL-Freak
Another addition from my side. I mentioned that HUSS has no more money and that the work could be closed. But there's some plans of ThyssenKrupp taking over HUSS. So there could be some hopes if Phantasialand really wants to buy a Huss ride. Rumours are told that Condor (Huss Ikarus) is already sold to Asia or somewhere. But there's nothing confirmed yet.
PHL-Freak
The Talocan-sign at the Black Mamba-temple has been removed and is pinned on a little building. That's the buliding you have to go thorugh to go to Mexico. So now it's pretty clear that Talocan comes to Mexico.
Steffen_Dk
The topple tower at Djurs Sommerland isn't that great. Infact it's quite dissapointing It's slow and the experience was not as thrilling as I thought it would be
Coaster Hunter
Yesterday I have ride the Black Mamba. It was my first B&M. He's fantastic! Beautiful theming!
PHL-Freak
The ridercams are installed, but it doesn't work. So they made a photo spot after the loop. The price for a big and really good picture is 6 €. After a week, they changed the design. I immediately bought one, so I good the old design Here's an example:
Jogumpie
Sorry to bring this topic up again. Does anyone have a map of Black Mamba? Or a NoLimits version? I need it for my next project.
PHL-Freak
I don't have something you want, but did you already google? I'll bet there will appear a lot of maps or drawings. If you don't find one, I'll maybe try to make one for you. Just send me a message
Jogumpie
I didn't really find what I was looking for. The heights of all the elements are rather important to me, like the height of the track just before the loop. Since there is no main floor, comparing heights is impossible. AugustVonPolen
Here is a MovieTrailer from Talocan. Trailer I think it will be a Giantride from Huss, but wich? We´ll see.... and Heresome Photos of "The HOLE" I don´t think it will be a ToppelTower, at least its a Europe Premiere Greets Auge
Stealth
PHL-Freak mentioned earlier that they were selling condor, i don't know wether its been mentioned anywhere else but this http://www.amusementtrader.com/index/listings/page1368.html looks like condor to me.
