It looks like a really cool coaster... but could they not have invested some time and money into disguising the big shed rather than just painting a picture on the outside of it? It really ruins the immersion! The theming is impressive everywhere else... you'd think they would have tried to hide the object that is the most jarring a little better.

Meanwhile in Australia every coaster enthusiast in the country is over the moon that we're getting a family wooden coaster.

Will be interesting to see how effectively the whole pit stop/duelling aspect works, but nonetheless it looks fabulous. If they can get the duelling right those highly banked curves on top of one another will be great fun!

I raised my eyebrows at the name DC Rivals HyperCoaster but after riding it it's my favourite coaster name in the world now lol. I genuinely love the name Yukon Striker... it's unique and badass.

So glad they're replacing the rock facades in the Africa area. While the area looks great I've always thought the rocks looked a bit too blocky and unnatural and out of place with the rest of the excellent themeing of the area.

I kind of wish coaster manufacturers would build modern, smooth coasters with the look of this track. I just love the aesthetic so much.

That just drops straight down.

The supports on that lift hill look like something I'd make in No Limits. At first I thought it looked a lot bigger than it is, but it must be because the Raptor track is small. And I'm wondering if this will be the new Batman: The Ride.

Geez I did not see this coming. I was just looking at pictures of them the other day thinking 'these are two dueling full-length B&M coasters... are we ever going to see that again'? To hear they're just being scrapped is beyond belief!

It's probably not intentional, but I really like that the cars seem to have an albeit updated Vekoma 'look' about them. At times they looked similar to a 2nd gen Vekoma Boomerang.

Wow those Riddler colours are such an improvement... I found the black and green a bit drab. The Yellow and Green brighten up the whole area.

Shoulda just called it 'Rival' or something but it looks great!

The profile of that drop makes it look like this could be the first RMC with a totally vertical drop?

If I lived over there I'd be really looking forward to this... it's pretty much Sea World Australia's Jet Rescue on steroids and Jet Rescue is bucket loads of fun!

I'm not a huge Avatar fan but I am very, very impressed. It looks like it does everything a theme park is supposed to do... transport the guest to a different place, and delight and surprise them. And that animatronic... they've come out of the uncanny valley with that one. It's amazing.

Really like how Sea World/Busch Gardens have forged their own distinct style/aesthetic. The sculptural drop reminds me of Cheetah Hunt's sculptural supports, and is really out of the box and different for a rapids ride. Kinda futuristic meets natural. Looking forward to see how it turns out.

^ Ha ha I was thinking the same thing! I mean innovation is great and the industry needs it but by the last one I was thinking "Wouldn't a normal station and lift hill suffice?"

Looks like a unique layout... haven't seen that half zero-g half corkscrew before.

I wonder if the Oriental Land Company just said to the imagineers "Alright. This is a park where you go ALL OUT. Go NUTS." This is just crazy.

Hi guys, Willow Flats is a theme park which will have (at the moment) 4 distinct areas: A main street/entrance area, a medieval fairy tale land, an alpine American themed land, and a pirate cove. So here goes. Sorry about the quality of the first few... a bit of a troglodyte, but I eventually find where the screenshots are kept! This was my first coaster build in PC... an Intamin Megalite called Megascream. I like to think of it as a megalite meets Expedition Geforce and Millennium Force. The alpine/old west region of the park. The centrepiece log flume is called Geyser Creek. It weaves in and out of Yosemite Summit. Falcon is the first ever B&M Dive Coaster with a twisting drop. The medieval section. (Still thinking of names for the areas!) One of the main attractions is the rapids ride Dragon Cascades. One their trip down the river, guests will encounter an intimidating (but friendly) dragon in his lair. The ride features three drops. Stay tuned for more!

I've always thought Nintendo's aesthetic would fit perfectly in a theme park. Bright, vibrant and family oriented. I think it also could be a smart move considering the Switch is coming out early next year. It'll do well to bolster the Nintendo brand and experience.

If it's for 2018 they'll only have to announce the name because at this rate the whole thing will be built by 2018 announcement season.
