Great report! And I find it interesting, that now anybody can follow how

the construction is going, by just looking for the red track.

Looks incredible. Great pictures. Being within 3 hours of SFNE has me licking my chops for the day I get up there and ride this until I pass out.

Thank god six flags decide to paint Pandemonium!

Not sure why they waited so long to do so after the paint started to fade 5 years ago. But it looks like a brand new ride now!

Any idea if they'll dump the Premier train on Goliath?

They've stated that they will keep the new one. Going back to the old one makes FAR too much sense.

The more I look at pictures and videos of it the more I am intrigued by Wicked Cyclone. Definitely looks to have non-stop action, even more so than other RMC coasters.

^^^^They're really coming along! It's looking really nice - love the orange. We might actually see this thing open before the middle of summer.

Don't get your hopes up until opening day is here.

I know, I know, but it really is coming along!

^ It definitely has some hype to live up too. Alan Schilke has said himself that he expects this one to be the best of all the iron horse conversions.

Yeah, I think it's probably also going to be their most intense creation, all of those crazy elements are just jammed packed into one coaster - should be really fun!

Here are a few highlights from the live chat yesterday.

Skyway's north end station will be used for Cyclone. (Maybe quene?) didn't reveal the theming, sounds pretty crazy.

Lots more stuff for 2015 will be announced in February

Sounds like they have plans for Twisters spot.

And this was said regarding Bizarro,

"When that ride goes through it's next phase of evolution, there will be change, and we will use new technology on that."

"Were looking forward to it's next evolutionary phase which is already in progress."

So yeah, some more SROS confirmation lol.

... and Skyway's south end station will have 2 garbage cans placed at the base of the stairs and the station will be left abandoned forever since it's raised off the ground and nobody will care. Sounds great

Just please get rid of the towers... I'm begging you.

That is so true lol.

They even talked about adding a futuristic transportation ride, but it would have to be totally different if they are using the north station. But I will laugh pretty hard if the towers stay. I mean why not leave them there it would cost actual money to remove them lol.

I have an idea for a futuristic transportation ride that would be awesome... a Sky Ride. Unfortunately Von Roll isn't around anymore so it would be tough to get a quality Sky Ride with detachable gondola's. Where, oh where could we find one?

I guess if you wanted to make it futuristic though you could always make the cars look like spaceship capsules with flashing lights on the roof and floor and "bubble glass" enclosing guests inside. But then again I'm just wildly speculating here and naming an ultra-specific ride that would be exactly what they want but having a ride like that at Six Flags New England would be really unrealistic, plus I doubt anything like that even exists.

Oh wait...

EDIT: You know what else would be a futuristic transportation ride? A Monorail with a futuristic looking train!

Oh wait, Six Flags removed that when they bought the park...

Well, I think that futuristic style park monorails are due for a comeback for SFNE and many other parks if they can find a company who's willing to build them one.
