I wonder how loud the roar of this thing is going to be, as a giga coaster it'll probably have an insane one. With that first drop right next to the parking lot, we will be able to hear it pretty well. unless it's filled with sand.

 

To add that turnaround looks unorthodox and amazing at the same time, it so cool!

Almost done! It's such a gorgeous ride. I can't wait to see how the speed plays into some of the lesser-intense looking elements. Looks like it'll be a really fun and re-rideable ride.

As far as I know, no sand to mute the roar.

I really don't know what you are saying, but most B&Ms are muted.

 

Example: Medusa (SFDK): This beast is extremely quiet and all you can hear is the screams and a quiet whoosh! of the wind becoming disoriented.

Talon was the first one I experienced which was pretty much silent.

 

The older B&M's tend to be loud enough to hear halfway across the park.

Patriot makes even less noise than Spinning Dragons, you wouldn't know it was going by if you weren't looking.

I don't think any of the Superman flyers use sand to reduce noise. They might sound quieter, but that's because they crawl through the layout.

Talon, Hydra, Patriot, Griffon, and Alpengeist are all fairly quiet B&Ms. I think the Dorney ones are the quietest that I've heard.
