csikoth 0
When Nik was at Kings Island I took him up on the elevator the night before. Then the day of the walk i took his father up.
4rturo 0
I can swear I've seen that dog before!!! If I could only remember where.....
FeelTheFORCE 4
I also have to agree with an Intamin spinner or a Premier launched like Kennywood's new coaster. Regarding the dog, maybe CP is making their own version of the "Dog Fart Coaster!"
MidtownCoaster 0
There's another piece of that press packet I saw that I may be reading too far into... The name CP McCoy. Add that with West Virginia (and a touch of Kentucky), a fork in the river (a Y), a burning cabin, bootlegging and moonshine (nicknamed "white lightning")... and you get a ton of elements for the good ol' American feud of the Hatfields and McCoys. Another element of the story- shooting of course. Personally, I think we may have a shooter on its way, but there are a lot of other options. Plus the whole "strikes twice" factor says duelling or racing something to me. Anyway, not sure. Just thought I would point that out.

FeelTheFORCE 4
Maybe a shooting dark ride where you're either the Hatfields or McCoys and shoot the opposite family? But then again, what would that have to do with Millennium Island, unless they're building two new rides.
Retro_Gaga 0
I'm thinking it could be like the Reese's Xtreme Cup Challenge at Hersehy Park. Two cars attached, on being the Hatfeilds and one being the McCoy's and they compete as they shoot stuffs?
Sean Menefee 0
If you like this, go buy (rent, download) Man on Wire for more lying-down-on-thin-wire action. Only this time on the Empire State Building. I think you mean the World Trade Center. But yeah, that's an absolutely fantastic film. Far more intense than just a skyway. I actually have that documentary on my computer right now, and snagged a few screenshots for anyone interested. ANY person who can do this sort of thing for a living gets my respect. Being able to tune this kind of danger out and actually enjoy yourself is a super human feat IMO. -Sean
Homeboy23 0
So what else is there to cover? I think everything possible has already been mentioned in the past couple of weeks.

GriffonFan09 0
But with that one frame that says "There's firs burnin' all night long." does that mean a water shooter as a possiblity?

cprocks22 0
What about the "lightning strikes twyce" on the top of the page? I wanna hear people's ideas, this thread is endlessly amusing.
Electerik 3
The day Cedar Point builds a dark ride, I'll eat my hat. And then I'll go to Cedar Point, because that would be awesome. But still, no. They friggin' hate that stuff. /Pop quiz: What's the last dark ride Cedar Fair had built?
steel 1
Disaster Transport? I don't know, was there something else? EDIT: Oh, Cedar FAIR, not Cedar POINT. I don't know then.
CreditCrazy 0
"Strikes Twice" could mean a shuttle coaster.
angryemobeaver 0
"Strikes Twice" could mean a shuttle coaster. Cedar Point with a shuttle coaster? No way. It's going to be a woodie, just not sure if it's an Intamin, TGG, GCII, or someone else. But it is going to be wood.

Also, CP already confirmed that it WON'T be a GCI.
CorkscrewFoley 0
^Maybe it's a GCI dueling twister? Lighting would strike twice...they can theme both sides as the Hatfields and the McCoys.
cprocks22 0
^They said on the blog already it ISN'T a GCI.

MidtownCoaster 0
OK. Here are the things that are odd that I haven't seen addressed directly. 1. The strikes twice thing. A shuttle doesn't make sense (unless it is something brand new) because the only big concepts out there are a Boomerang, a GIB or something like the various Mr. Freeze/Chiller coasters. Aside from MAYBE the last, those aren't happening. I'd sooner think a duelling coaster. 2. The heavy use of Y. 3. The red lettering on the comic. The first letters are (in order) TCFANSSPTYS (for Talkin' Commotion Fires All Night Strangers Snoopin' Plan Tell You Soon). 4. The dog on the bottle now. 5. Crystal Rock Brewing Company. 6. "Bold. Exciting. Refreshing." This has got me intrigued, so I'm gonna keep snooping myself!
DiSab 0
^TCFANSSPTYS... Anagram, maybe? EDIT: I just ran them through and got nothing...
