Guy T. Koepp 0
The storage shed for glitter and baby oil is completely themed, has a tunnel with water effect(s), VR ready for the not so cute and/or overweight ones...The private dances will be completely forceless, though. Only B&M could make forceless lap dances. I don't want B&M floater grinding. I want Intamin back that a$$ up, forcefull grinding.
neil009 0
Feathers of a bird makes a lot more sense there. I like it. I don't see how it's a generic station, when it doesn't look like any other station in the park or elsewhere in the Cedar Fair chain. You're absolutely right, it isn't a generic station. It is uniquely atrocious. I was thinking this whole time that Cedar Fair hasn't been doing too bad with theming lately, and that this coaster would probably have a really cool darkly-themed station. Guess they decided "Valravn" didn't suggest "castles" so much as "public bathroom chic".
williamj2543 0
This station looks like it is going to be VERY forceless. Why didn't get get a mack station?
blk_mamba 0
This ride has had so many things complained about, from the lack of a tunnel or splashdown, the name, the color choices for the track and supports, the restraints, 8 vs 10 seat rows, now the station. I can't imagine what is going to be next. There is still so much left to complain about. We haven't see the inside of the station; we don't know the ride wait time yet; no one knows if there is enough shade in the queue, are there enough boats near the ride? We are just getting started. prozach626 177
What... what is that supposed to be? It looks like the tiles on the walls of an indoor swimming pool building. Haha. Nailed it. Maybe the theme is supposed to replace the splash down? Only B&M could make forceless lap dances. I don't want B&M floater grinding. I want Intamin back that a$$ up, forcefull grinding. I dunno, man. I once had an Intamin stripper rip the lining out of my underwear... (I'm sure you've seen this move.) I was none too happy. I'll take the safer, cleaner, more reliable B&M stripper, even though she never shows it all.

williamj2543 0
Does anyone know what the lines will be like on may on the wednesday the 18th, thursday the 19th in a month from now. We are expecting very low lines considering its a weekday and no schools should be off and the temperature is not 100% optimal for the "family going to cedar point" type trips. Am I correct to expect extremely low lines? I am talking under 20-30 minutes max during midday for TTD, Maverick, MF, etc.

thrillrider 1
The Webcam is focused in on this right now... It gives a better view of that new building. I'm guessing a new coke freestyle station.

CedarFlags 8
Super random Dragster question that I've always wondered.... When it has a rollback, how long does it usually take for them to try another launch? Is there an inspection process, or do they pretty much just wait for the tanks to recharge and go? coasterbill 621
About 5 to 10 minutes.
DoinItForTheFame 18
Super random Dragster question that I've always wondered.... When it has a rollback, how long does it usually take for them to try another launch? Is there an inspection process, or do they pretty much just wait for the tanks to recharge and go? It takes about 5 minutes if no one wants to get off the ride after the rollback. Or about 10 minutes if someone was freaked out by the rollback, and wants off the ride. There is no inspection process. They simple back up all the trains so that the train that was launched can be backed up to the brake run right before launch (The transfer track that slides sideways during transfer.) Once the train that was launched and rolled back has been backed up to the transfer block, an employee will go out and talk to the train. They usually ask everyone on the train if anyone would like to get off the ride. If no one says "Yes" then the employee returns to their position, the computer is reset and the train is rolled forward into the launch position and is launched again. Brassinthegrass 0
I could see them doing what the did with Fury's lift hill. They said it would be spectacular, and unless we're looking at projections, that's really the only idea that comes to mind!

Am I correct to expect extremely low lines? I am talking under 20-30 minutes max during midday for TTD, Maverick, MF, etc. I'll begin with the caveat that nobody really "knows" what the lines will be like on any specific day in the future, as we are not prescient here (at least as far as I am aware of! ) However, yes, your assumption should be pretty accurate regarding shorter lines during that week. I've been going to CP most of my life, and virtually every year for the past 20, and the first week or two that CP is open during the week, in May, is definitely the best time to go! Much shorter lines, and generally, the weather isn't too bad either. I'm actually going the Tuesday of that week (17th), and probably again Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday of the following week. 20-30 minutes for MF, TTD, and possibly even Maverick, are certainly reasonable, and perhaps even shorter times at non-peak times of the day. That being said, if you run into a 45 minute line for Maverick, even on those days, don't be completely shocked... Enjoy your trip to The Point, and if you have any other trip-related questions, feel free to ask!
