LiftThrill Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 yeah but none of it will matter because Steel Vengeance isn't a real credit anymore due to the midcourse being slightly stronger
Airboss Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 yeah but none of it will matter because Steel Vengeance isn't a real credit anymore due to the midcourse being slightly stronger It's the other way around.. Every time Steel Vengeance trims you to a different speed, it's a new credit
LiftThrill Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 not to mention each new seat you ride it in - it's a totally different experience depending on if you sit in row 3 on the left side or row 4 on the right side!
boldikus Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 2020: Worlds First 150 ft tall Log Flume themed to 150 ft tall singing mushrooms. Featuring a splashdown consisting of 150 gallons of water, as well as fire and smoke "effects".
CP Maverick Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Weren't we already doing that with GateKeeper (and other wing coasters)? I mean, I consider a night time ride in the front on The Beast as a credit different from a daytime ride in any other seat.
bert425 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Singing mushrooms and a loop coaster? That would be pretty dope. oooo.. .Cedar Point's new logo for the Anniversary??
pryonisys Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 2020 - SkyRide gets extended all the way back to Maverick. coasterbill cuts ribbon at the launch ceremony and gets first public ride. His letter writing campaign pays off. I know this is a joke and all but I'd be all for it.
CP Maverick Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 They still have a Sky Ride station back there. Just need to run the cables!
DILinator Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Sometimes it's SO easy to get things stirred up! In other news... 4th lap on Steel Vengeance, confirmed!
RAWKIN_coaster38 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Topper track 100% confirmed. Flags don’t lie.
DILinator Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 ^Don't forget about that vacant land over near Magnum with the flags that make it clear Maggie is getting RMC'd next!
LiftThrill Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Maybe if Magnum gets RMCd people will stop complaining about how uncomfortable the trains and airtime ar- wait a minute
Coaster19 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Maybe if Magnum gets RMCd people will stop complaining about how uncomfortable the trains and airtime ar- wait a minute I see what you did there.

CP Maverick Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Nah... they'll just complain about the trims on the turnaround.
StarWars Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I'm sure this has probably been brought up in the past, but down the road, when space really becomes an issue, is there a plan to create off-site parking so the current parking lot can be utilized for more park space? Maybe a monorail or tram could transport guests from parking lot to park. I would imagine some of the current lot would remain for various reasons.
WonderlandMan Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Currently at the park. Everything is running well, SV appears to be 2/3h (2h on sign when I entered) FL+ says 45 minutes but as I'm standing looking at about 1h 15-30min. Question: where would I find the best fries in the park?
Coaster19 Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I wouldn't put it past CP to be looking at some sort of parking idea in the long future -say 20-30 year-. could you imagine thought having the park go from the current main parking booth to steel vengeance? That would be one hell of a walk.
coasterbill Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 I'm sure this has probably been brought up in the past Yesterday. We were talking about it yesterday.
ytterbiumanalyst Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 Question: where would I find the best fries in the park? Just follow the smell of Old Bay. (It's near Blue Streak)
southpuddle Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 (edited) I'm sure this has probably been brought up in the past... Ever since about 1993 when enthusiasts thought there was no possible way to squeeze the supposed B&M invert anywhere within the park boundaries. Edited June 2, 2018 by southpuddle
