What's your favorite terrain coaster? Do you prefer wood or steel terrain coasters? Which park doesn't have one but you wish it did? Which park has one that doesn't really do much for you? What's the best example of a terrain coaster you can think of?

I merged this into an existing thread.

Shoot. Sorry! I did a search... Thanks!

Wood Coaster in China:

[EDIT]For those of you viewing TPR at school, imagine Boulder Dash on steroids on a mountain that's something around a mile tall.

Yeah, I forget about this coaster. It's amazing!

I have to say, while not the best, the Bat makes great use of the terrain. The bottom of the first drop is in the middle of a nice S shape. Really a good, if short, ride. The new paint job well look awesome (even better) when the foliage fills out.

Wood:

The Beast at KI

Thunderbolt at Kennywood

Steel:

Banshee at KI (I know its new but that drop into the ravine is incredible, along with the second half of the ride)

Loch Ness Monster at BGW

Vortex at CW interacts with all types of terrain, whether it be diving off a mountain, flying through trees or almost skimming the water. And tonight, you get the bonus snow-covered mountain.
