Favorite Coaster Color Scheme

Color is one of the many reason I love coasters...A ride stands out better if it has a very eye catching color scheme. With that said...I love the Mantis color scheme, yet the colors don't fit it's name. Raptor or Hydra's colors would fit Mantis.

 

I like Batman: Dark Knight'scolors, but again the colors don't fit it's name..(though I am glad its not black.)

 

Phantom's Revenge's color scheme is great. Though, I think it would have looked nice black/black. What You Guys Think?

Tennessee Tornado has a great color scheme, red with painted-on rust spots to give it an "old" appearance.

I think Nemesis's rusty white color really fits its theme. I also like Ghostrider's beautiful honey color.

I like the colors of Scream! @ SFMM.

Yeah, it is built on a parking lot, but it has nice colors.

I like the Gold and Purple of Apollo's Chariot, and also Deja vu is pretty

Kumba and Dueling Dragons are tied for my favorite. I remember the first time I saw Kumba, it really stands out without being obnoxious. DD just fits the whole theme really well.

 

Both are in desperate need of a new coat of paint though!

I like Zonga, because it has the different colors for it's loops. It really stands out.

I would have to say that Talon is defiently up there. I love most B&M coaster colors. I would have to say The Patriot at WOF is looking cool to.

I have to second Zonga because its just so colorful with the bright blue track that really hasnt been touched and with all the loops different colors. Its just so eyecatching.

Nemesis has a really cool colour scheme. wot i dont get is why AIR is painted a greeny blue colour it just doesnt fit in with the themeing of Forbidden Valley

My favorite would be X's. It just looks really cool.

 

 

California Screamin's is cool with the designs on the places where the supports connect.

I like the color of Georgia Scorcher because in some pictures, the supports look purple and in others, they look maroon!

 

The only thing is that in 2004 or 2005 I forget, they made the restraints black instead of red... :? It looks wierd...

Dark purple is a favourite scheme of mine, but I don't think it really suits a Batman coaster. I still think it looks cool.

 

Alpengeist's colours are really bland, however they are incredibly suiting of the coaster's theme. So I guess that could be up there.

 

Dueling Dragons is also quite awesome, as is the Hulk.

Mine has to be RR's. Green is the Riddler's main color, so it fits the ride perfectly.

Nitro at SFGrAdv and Scream at SFMM. I think they used leftover paint from Nitro to paint Scream but I love those color schemes!

There's just something about the red, white and blue color scheme. Heck, what other color scheme could they use for the Patriot and Great American Scream Machine?

Hydra, Scream, Wildfire, I like almost all schemes, except Silver Bullet and most grey schemes.
