donkeyman18 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Defiantly Hurler just was awful a horrible layout and a horrible ride.
simtanic8 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Ninja at Six Flags Over Georgia. Do I need to say more?
GeorgeT Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 When I rode Bandit at Movie Park in Germany, I thought there was no way that any ride could be worse. Then I rode Anaconda at Walygator in France and a new champion was crowned. Â In the name of Europe : Sorry Chuck
coastercrazy 9 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Ninja at Six Flags Over Georgia. Do I need to say more? No, you shouldn't. This is my answer too, because honestly, it hurts even in a very tense Vekoma Brace Position.
XII Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Wood: Wild Beast @ Canada's Wonderland Steel: Dragon @ Adventureland
RideofSteel Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 I think the roughest coaster I have been on is Roar at SF America. It seemed like the train could barely run the twisted layout. For me to ride it again, it is going to need a major refurbishment.
Werner Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 When I rode Bandit at Movie Park in Germany, I thought there was no way that any ride could be worse. Then I rode Anaconda at Walygator in France and a new champion was crowned. Â I second that!
spinning man Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Colossus at terra mitica. Good gracious was that ride rough, and very noisy.
biker7766 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 I haven't been on much, but mine has to be Rolling Thunder!
simaticable Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Ninja at Six Flags Over Georgia. Do I need to say more? No, you shouldn't. This is my answer too, because honestly, it hurts even in a very tense Vekoma Brace Position. Â I agree with both of you. They just need to get rid of that coaster as it is very unpopular. Why do they have it if no one rides it? A better coaster or a large flat could go there instead of a lawsuit ready to happen.

GP TALK HERE! It has Loop De Loops, so it has to be amazing right, you know, better than that boring Goliath that has no loop de loops. Plus it had no line! After that, I now have a reason not to ride.

I prefer airtime over headaches any day, and Goliath delivers said airtime!
Tomes1225 Posted February 26, 2012 Posted February 26, 2012 Cyclone at SFNE was incredibly rough, I ended up with bruises from it.
gisco Posted March 28, 2012 Posted March 28, 2012 The worst one ever was Texas Giant before the rehab. I was riding in the back and wanted to get out half way through. Lately I would say Kong at SFDK, it's an SLC!
Meteornotes Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 Wood - Son Of Beast Steel - Outer Limits at KD (when it still had the OTSRs) Â dt
Kafka Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 Wood- Timberwolf or Voyage. I love Voyage to death but dear god that ride was rough this season Steel- Vortex (KI) or Corkscrew (CP) The Ninja is at my home park, but I think both of these rides are much rougher, at least with the Ninja it isnt too terrible if youve ridden it enough to know where the painful parts are.
jzoole Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 There are a lot of horrendously rough coasters, but most of them I can still find the fun factor in. One ride that was so rough, bumpy and uncomfortable but lacked any redeeming qualities that made me even semi-enjoy it was Rolling Thunder at SFGAdv. Never. Again.
UrbanLegend Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 ^I actually quite enjoy Rolling Thunder. The Fun:Pain ratio is still high enough for me to get on it at every visit. Usually I'm the only one in my group who tends to think so The one coaster that sticks out as the roughest for me would have to be Mind Eraser at SFNE. That ride made me miserable for almost the whole rest of the day.
cal1br3tto Posted March 29, 2012 Posted March 29, 2012 ^I enjoyed Rolling Thunder, too. I rode both sides at or near the back and found it tame, but not too rough. It actually felt just a bit zippy in parts. I do rank it low, but with its charm it was worthy of more than just credit rides for me. Â Mind Eraser is terrible. Kong is just as bad, and Ednor might even be worse. The only SLC I "enjoy" is Great Nor'Easter.
cymonster-rex Posted April 2, 2012 Posted April 2, 2012 ghostrider kbf followed by lethal weapon at movieworld beatsie at australia wonderland it now closed but i was like 6 but man did it hurt also boomerang at kbf what with knotts and back promblems giving rides
scbt Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 For me, it's probably Wildcat at Hershey Park followed by any Vekoma Boomerang.
Rai Fox Posted April 3, 2012 Posted April 3, 2012 Hercules at Dorney Park. The -only- coaster I have ever refused to go on a second time when I returned to the park. I was so, so glad to see that thing reduced to matchsticks and firewood.
