JEAPUgrad
I only go to KD on weekdays in the summer and the park isn't usually that bad. You can ride almost anything at any point in the day with a one or two train wait. The exception being Volcano. Usually a 30-40 minute wait during the afternoon hours and it's not really that bad of a wait. We'll see what I305 does with weekday crowds this summer. KDcoasterMAN
According to Clint's latest update (and probably last) the train(s) have arrived at the park. But. The park is not going to let us see them. Not until April that is. They will probably do night testing to prevent anyone form seeing the new trains. yankees15
^I don't think the park is to worried about anyone seeing what the restraints will be. The general public doesn't even think about what kind of restraint the ride will have, it's only us coaster freaks. I for one am sure hoping they are only a lap bar of some sort! Capitalize
I'm sure some pictures or information will leak out over the next couple months. No way they can hide the trains THAT well til April...
Skycoastin Steve
I'm perfectly inclined to wait until April to see the trains. It's not like it'll change anything if I see them beforehand. I'm still going to go ride it regardless, and I'll still be there opening day.
kingsdominionlvr
^ I agree. It's not like the trains and their restraints are going to change from now until Opening Day. Besides, only a couple of more months anyway till we can see them. I have a feeling someone will get a picture of the trains before Opening day anyway. I doubt they will resort to night testing just to keep trains hidden from coaster enthusiasts, that would be impractical and sort of pointless because the majority of people that go to Kings Dominion are not coaster enthusiasts, they could care less about what type of restraints, what color the trains are, etc.
Capitalize
I could wait until April, but I'd rather not... The sooner we see the trains the sooner we can complain about them!
SharkTums
^WHAAA?!?! Coaster enthusiasts complain about something!?!!? Next you're going to tell me that we all like to eat at buffets too!!!
JEAPUgrad
I dont get the logic of the night testing. The coaster is deep enough in the park that no one would be able to get a good close up shot of the train even during testing during the day. Maybe they'll have a train displayed during the ACE event in a couple of weeks at the park.

PKI Jizzman
They usually have a really hard time staffing the park that week (public school's around Richmond's last day is June 18th).Rather than open half the rides this year they just decided to stay closed. They have done this before in the past. JEFF Kings Island can agree there, we had security guys checking bars with us on Diamondback!
KDcoasterMAN
I dont get the logic of the night testing. . Niether do I. I just said this because a majority of Dominator's testing was done after park hours. At night. I'm guessing the park staff may do the same. And yes, Dominator did do a few Day tests so I wouldn't (not) ruling it out.
Capitalize
One consideration may be that the rides listed as doing a lot of testing at night were testing while the park was open to guests. By testing at night they can avoid confused and potentially angry guests who may see the ride doing cycles and not understand why they can't ride.
