Did anyone else find KD teasing this is as the "biggest announcement ever" interesting. RMC Hurler bigger than I-305? Don't see that as bigger unless they are announcing something else with RMC Hurler on the 16th.

^That wording is just a way for the park to big up the announcement and create a buzz, good marketing technique that's all

Regarding these teasers and the upside-down T thing and looking through the known Cedar Fair trademarked names: Do you guys think the name might be "Hang⊥ime"

Certainly looks like this is shaping up to be a Storm Chaser/Medusa style drop. Personally I hope its just a banked turnaround into a slight pop and down a steep straight down/near vertical drop. I guess we'll know soon.

This is what I'd like to see, although a Storm Chaser/Medusa style drop would still be awesome.

I will be very surprise if it's not a Medusa style drop. Personally I would prefer the same as you, a straight drop, but I guess a drop with an inversion is more marketable to the GP.

 

I'm very curious to see what they will do with the rest of the ride, if they will stick to the straight track/180 degree turn layout, or if they will go a different route. I guess the former if the most probable.

Volcano was open on Wednesday. I rode it twice.

Maybe it's just me, but that lift doesn't seem to be near as steep as many of the other conversions have been. It could just be the perspective of that picture.

That's because it isn't, but it's still going to be awesome. When I rode Storm Chaser I couldn't believe how awesome it was for it's size.
