coasterfreaksrttd
If you had the power to tear down one roller coaster, what would it be? Mine would probably have to be mean streak at cedar point. No airtime, rough, and just takes up space in a great park

CPmaverick
Mine would probably have to be mean streak at cedar point. No airtime, rough, and just takes up space in a great park I know this might sound crazy but I have had a trimless ride on MS and I got quite a bit of airtime. That made me think it might be worth it to fix the ride. Get GCI or Intamin to come in, re-track it and give it new trains along with a new life. I would tear down Son of Beast. Even if it were fixed to be as smooth as glass, it would still be a very boring ride.

Swiminn6
Predator at Darien Lake. The ride is VERY rough. I almost threw up and I never feel like that on roller coasters. Every time I go to Darien Lake with different people we all say the same thing when we look at Predator, "Yeah right!"
palmerleeberry
At my home park of KINGS DOMINION I would say the Shockwave. I have a hard time riding that coaster and an even harder time trying to fit into the restraints (I can't help it if I have a massive chest). At any other park, I would say the Son of Beast at Kings Island. Last time I rode that ride with a friend, we both ended up sick and unable to continue riding because that @#$%ing ride was too @#$%ing rough. themeparkologist
If I had the power to tear down any coaster it would be all 47-odd Boomerangs. I call them all as one because they're all the same, painful I might keep the smoothest three and I've heard Lake Compounce's Zoomerang is like liquid glass. EDIT: Wow. Three posts a the same time on the same thread by three different people.

downunder
The Voyage, just because I like to see fanboys cry. I'm in the Mean Streak camp too, my reasoning is more than it is just mediocre and painful in a way that cannot be fixed but that it is taking a large area in a park that has limited land space and Cedar Point would more than like put one or more coasters there that would vastly superior to Mean Streak. Son Of Beast should be burned to the ground before it kills (again?).

Speeddeamon128
If I had the power to tear down any coaster it would be all 47-odd Boomerangs. I call them all as one because they're all the same, painful I totally agree but I can't stand SLC models so I would wreck them before the boomerangs. I can tolerate a boomerang once in a while. Let's just get rid of every Vekoma except Rockin' Roller Coaster & Expedition Everest

Airtime&Gravity
Predator, with Twister II not far behind, should be destroyed. They are both very rough with no airtime. Predator had no redeeming qualities, while Twister II at least had some decent drops.
FitchCoaster
Pony Express! The ride is uncomfortable, too short, and just not fun at all. Not the worst coaster, but IMO, Knott's could of done much better with that area, either that or just leave it alone. It sucks away any atmosphere that area of Knott's once had and just... no. As you can probably see I'm very against this ride, lol. Tear the sucker down!

tatertot3710
I'd have to agree with the boomerangs. A nice flat (or two) could be put into the footprint of one.
frozenflames
I would get rid of Rolling Thunder at SFGAdv. To date, it's the only coaster that made me feel nauseous.
