Team Thriller
If its a good coaster I yell things like "Thats the stuff. "Or weeeee"..ect.. If its a bad coaster, sadly, I have a sailors mouth and swear a lot. --James
stuartnz
I normally go with my brother, and neither of us have ever really screamed. I go "Yeah!!" if something amazing is happening but usually we're silent and we exchange looks as the ride goes on.
Kalepi_Konei
I like to whisper sweet nothings to the coaster while I'm on it, then end with a nice bottle of Aged Champagne. Nah, I'm a whooper, and I laugh alot too, and raise my hands.
QueerRudie
I think I qualify as 'partly some of the above' in one form or another. Usually I chant to start the ride, then followed by YEEEAAAAHHHWWWS!
Crazy_Behemoth_Lady_Jess
I usually get so hyped up because of the anticipation of even waiting in line and all that. I'll scream if I get really scared and don't know what else to do but I end up laughing hysterically after 2 seconds and just get super hyper even after I get off the ride. On rides that I've been on multiple times, where I don't even get scared any more, I sometimes might just put my arms up on the drops and say "whohoo" just for the hell of it. The Big So-So
I'm mostly silent, with the occasional whoop. I'm tall and have long arms, so I'm generally afraid to put my hands up, though I will throw them up on airtime hills as long as there's clearly nothing above me. michielh3
Before going on a coaster i always think, be silence , don't scream. But once riding , it's all "WAHOO!" and "YIHAA" for me And ofcourse the occasional OUCH! ( when not in a good Vekoma Brace Position .. )
AlmereStars
The first few times I'm a laugher. But when I get used to the ride I just sit down in peace and enjoy the ride.. Some times I do have a scream contest with my brother.
Crazy_Behemoth_Lady_Jess
Ah, the occational ouch, yes. I can relate to that very well. Not so occational when I was riding Judge Roy Scream. (Infact, i got bruised on that ride...) I don't like to stay silent even on a ride I've been on many times. I'll still pretend I'm enjoying it like it's my first time on. Vekoma Fan Boy
I practically never scream. I'm a laugher and a whooper. If I get scared I cling to the restraint for dear life and make absolutely no noise. Or maybe I'll cuss a bit.
Rocket Rodder
HOLY COW!! NINE PAGES?!!? I recently found out that I'm a cusser. I rode XCelerator the other day for the second time the other day. On my way down I was like "Oh FU--".
bhslhs
Depending on the intensity of the ride I'm either a cusser/whooper, or just a whooper. The first time I was going up the first lift of Aftershock I was cussing the whole way up and back down. Now I just yell a bunch.
mayberry21
I tend to whoop myself lol. Although on some extreme rides (especially the first ride) I have screamed...i.e. on Skycoaster, Big Shot and Millennium Force. But those were the only three lol. Badgergrrrl
I'm a laugher--I usually don't stop laughing until I'm getting off the ride..
The Disneylander
Definitely a whooper and a little bit of a laugher as well. Manhattan Express, on the other hand...
AWill961
I say "yeah!!!" prior to descending down a drop..... or a go "woooo!"
DarkStitch626
Generally for me it depends on the coaster. The most noise I have ever made on any coaster has been Thunderhead. I mean I couldn't stop with the "Oh my god's" and "Whoa!" and such. I think that ride was one of the few I have been so excited I couldn't control my cursing etc on. . I think most of the time though more often than not, at say Carowinds, I am more one to slip on my head phones and ride with music. For humor I sometimes enjoyed heavy drummed music on Cobra so I could get people watching the lift on it as I did the beats to a drum solo in the front row lol. A few of my friends on here know what I am talking about too. I do myself absolutely hate the fake screamers. The young teen girl screams or the really immature high pitch "oh my gods" from little kids makes me want to hold my ears the whole time and it makes the ride so not worth even being on. Any fake screams also remind me of RCT when you get that single rider on the biggest drops. Added a better way to look at it are those who scream right out of the station on perhaps the slowest part of the ride. Like when I use to Op on Afterburn, Nitro,Batman and all the other rides I have had experience with in my past from GADV to Carowinds. Its ALWAYS right before the lift you get those fake screamers you wanna just belt in the head with a really nice size rock. They are better off riding unconscious. Retro_Gaga
I can be all three. I absolutely love a full train of people screaming, not the fake people being stupid screams, but the genuine screams that a ride gets out of people. I love El Toro even more because it's so awesome riding it with a train of screaming people.
Em-Z
I'm mostly a whooper, but if I'm really scared I'm silent. I also laugh occasionally after I get off a ride. After Fahrenheit I was giggling hysterically for a long time, I don't really know why, but it was one of the biggest adrenaline rushes I've ever had. Skycoastin Steve
I usually laugh if it's good. I'll whoop and holler if it's REALLY good. And I like doing the trademark "weeee!!!" during airtime. And during a ride like El Toro (when my first ride was in the back row, I honestly had no idea what was about to happen to me), I'll throw out long series of expletives because I can't think of anything else to say. Dailey Enterprizes
I tend to go "wooo" and "yeah." If I feel immature enough I'll scream something like "oh my god" or "we're gonna die", but in a very obviously sarcastic way. I'm a barrel of laughs, I know... vuurvogel
I am more of a silent type. To get sound out of me on a coaster it must pull a lot of G's, and mostly the sound will be ahhh.
Anac0nda
I'm a hands down laugher. After a good ride (i.e. Insane, Intamin freefall tower) I end up laughing so hard! Sometimes I also scream a bit, but the ride has to be a good one to do that. There really isn't that many rides her in Finland that get any sound out of me... B&Mmmmm
Depends on the ride. On Nemesis I'm a screamer , on Oblivion I'm a WHOOOper and on Air I'm a laugher . But on some rides I shall not mention (But it rhymes with "Saw: The Ride") the roughness makes me a swearer. My dad, on the other hand. He is unique. He spends all rides with his mouth shut, because He's scared his false teeth will fall out!
metrock
If you are a whooper, but also prone to wetting yourself, does that make you a whoop-pee?
