TheoB
Hey, i'm heading to Liseberg for the first time in two weeks and we're almost ready to book the tickets. I had a few small questions i hoped some locals could answer. 1. Is there vouchers/money off stuff etc? I found this code on some website but cannot find a box to enter it in at all which is really annoying. If someone could send a screenshot of the box it should be put it in that would be superb! 2. What rides are the best to get express pass for when you book online? I am thinking Helix and Balder then either Loke or Mechanica. Which of these are the best or is there something I missed that would be better to get the pass for? Maybe aerospin or the log flume? Also do you get three passes per day or just for your 2 days together as I couldn't find an option to get the passes for both days, it only let me use them for one. 3. Finally are there any general tips on what to go for first/queue cutting and any low key rides that aren't to be missed? I'm spending the evening on the 25th and till about 7-8pm on the 26th due to flights back so i'm thinking of getting the express passes on the evening to get as much stuff done at night as possible! Thank you for anybody who helps in advance

Tiefling
Sad to see this disappear so early. I will be at Liseberg for Valkyria next year, would have been great if I would have had the chance to ride this.
christianscoasters
I visited Liseberg last night and had a fantastic night. It rained almost the entire night including a thunderstorm that shut everything down for a few hours, but once it was cleared up, lines were non-existent. Helix was fantastic! Guy T. Koepp
I like the colors a lot. Not your usual theme park, bright, "Hey! Look at me!" colors. Much more along the lines of themeing. Thank you Liseberg.
lond
I had totally forgot to upload the images from the press day for Halloween @ Liseberg But here they are: Construction elevator to Vinden The park is really beautiful in the autumn dusk, with all the lighting and decoration. The three scary walks that tickles all of your senses Vinden: Is a classic horror theme with eerie children singing Smitthärden Hotell Gasten: The classic ghost hotel @ Liseberg, but now infected with stomach flue, all with natural smell and vomiting personal The Experiment: A Japanese horror movie with a mad scientist with the intent of making a super human out of body parts. And in front of the big stage there is a themed zone "Mardrömmen" where Liseberg has placed a Haunted House-ride from a German fair and after dark the zombies will emerge. /// Marcus

Nrthwnd
Great coverage of both the Press Day, and this recent trip to the park! The stuff above a few of the walkways look really nice (lanterns and umbrellas). And a suspended dark ride (Haunted Mansion) I haven't seen photos of, in some time! Always wanted to ride that, if I ever came upon it. Night time shots, I love, and these are really great ones. Awesome use of lighting throughout the park, it looks like. And...I want that Kids' Meal! Sounds devilishy gruesome and tasssty. Thanks for sharing all your great recent photos of Liseberg, Marcus!
alejon
Liseberg had great success with it's Halloween event this year, 290 000 guests visited the park during the 16 days of the event according to a press release. The revenue of the event rose drastically as well, 75% compared to last year, though it should be mentioned that the event lasted three more days this year. Liseberg sees Halloween as a step closer towards being a year round activity, something it will be when the new indoor waterpark and hotel opens in 2021. Before that is the Christmas season that starts next Friday!
alejon
Liseberg CEO Andreas Andersen is the first vice chairman of IAAPA this year(November 2017-November 2018). During this year he will blog in English at reflections.liseberg.se. He's already been bloging in Swedish for about 5½ years now at Lisebergblogg, where he gives his own reflections on the park, and the industry, generally an interesting read. Liseberg also posted this video about it. [fbvideonew] [/fbvideonew]

viking86
Fantastic pictures from one of my favorite parks. Liseberg looks absolutely stunning with all the Christmas lights! On a side note, I cannot believe that it's already been more than two years since we met up at Liseberg. I will definitely have to go back next year!
