Most inversions on a coaster

Mine would be Raptor and KI's Vortex with 6 each...I need to get out more.

Right now it still is Dragon Kahn (PortAventura) with 8 inversions.

But in 2 months time it will be Colossus (Thorpe Park) with 10 inversions.

 

All the 8 inversions of DK are allready listed in this topic, but the 10 inversions of Colossus are still missing.

It should be noted that the "butterfly" element is found on a few Vekoma multi-loopers, like Viper at SFOG and "that one in France," not on the Arrow multi-loopers.

I believe Raptor would be the one I've ridden with the most, 6 inverstions: loop, zero-g, cobra roll, flat spin, flat spin.

Dragon Khan - 8 inversions

 

Colossus (TP) - 10 inversions (though the only good part of the coaster are the last 4 barrel rolls in a row).

Kraken, Hulk, Montu, Kumba, Medusa(SFGAdv), GASM(SFGAdv) all have 7. I am not going to list all the elements for each ride..it will take me too long and i dont have much time lol

Unless you go by the Guinness Book of World Records, in which case the most inversions I have been through on one coaster is 14 on Eejanaika. However, anyone who has been on that ride can tell you without any doubt that Eejanaika does not go upsidedown 14 times. I would say 5 times...maybe...and that's being generous, as several of the "inversions" are questionable. And yet, there's the Guinness plaque at the entrance. Weird...

 

Yeah I noticed that too. What's up with that? Anyway...for me it's Medusa (SFDK), Scream (SFMM), and The Hulk (IOA)

Roger that, Eejanaika has only 3 "real" inversions. 4 half inversions, and 1 full inversion. Eejanaika's website claims 14. Despite being in Japanese, I can make out that it claims 7 of one kind of inversion, 5 of another, and 2 of yet another. It doesn't even count the 3 actual! Well, maybe they rounded it up to 5, somehow.

for me Eejanaika does not have the most inversions Colossus does.

Mine would be either Vortex (KI) or Viper (SFMM). And to answer your future threads CoasterDUD, the wettest water ride I've been on is Congo Falls, the tallest ferris wheel is the one at Cedar Point. I mean come on, what's the coaster with the most inversions you're ridden? Is that really what this site has become?

7 inversions on 7 different coasters for me--Montu, Kumba, Hulk, Kraken, Great American Scream Machine, Medusa (East), and Hydra

 

Don't think I'm going to be riding Dragon Khan or Colossus anytime soon so I'm stuck with adding more 7-inversion coasters to this list for a while.
