I Like Theme Parks.
I think they should just get quad-plex of ARM towers, best drop rides ever! imo This is my dream: Zumajaro would have some tough competition!
jonskinny12
^Every rollercoaster had bins the fluffy, fluffy bunnies filled with medicine and goo are not really necessary in my opinion unless you're afraid to leave your stuff in a bin on the ride platform Thank you! I'm not afraid of leaving my stuff in bins on the platform at most parks, but I'm also going with a bunch of family and I'm sure they'll be asking me. ImNotOneOfYou
I think they should just get quad-plex of ARM towers, best drop rides ever! imo I love this idea so much. Does ARM make an equivalent of a space shot? I think there's one in Ocean City, New Jersey, but I don't know if it's by ARM or not.

An ARM launched tower would be incredibly mind-blowing, though!
Jcoaster
ARM's scare the sh*t out of me. Probably cause they drop you immeidately once you reach the top and its unexpected.

coasterbill
And you don't know when you're near the top because the ride vehicle hides the tower from you. It's a little funny that Hershey is very likely going to drop a ton of money on a drop ride next year, possibly state-of-the-art technology and Dorney and Knoebels will probably both be crushing them in the drop tower department. Yes... only enthusiasts will care, but it's a testament to ARM and a testament to Intamin first gens.

Everything about ARM screams terrifying.
I Like Theme Parks.
The fact that there is no stop at the top just gives you that tiny extra airtime boost that really lets you feel like the ride is really crashing down! So halfway through the tower, your adrenaline kicks in and panic-mode ensues. Then you just SPLAT at the bottom at the last second. Even on the small portable models, the brakes are just late enough to make you freak out a little!

TyRush
Double post whoops. But new hint is "We're blasting off to new heights"
RyanTPM
^That hint makes me think that it might be an S&S shot tower again
EPCOT519
The new ride is gonna be a drop or launch tower of some sort. I think the new hint " We're blasting off to new heights" kinda confirms this.
Genx24
^^ Well, seeing that clue 3 was "a ride like this has never been done", I think its safe to say that it is not going to be an S&S tower. Edited July 18, 2016 by Genx24
I Like Theme Parks.
I think they just meant that it's going to be high. In the video clue, the chocolates aren't really blasting off, but it does show them falling down quickly.
mr_rush
The clue also says: Blasting off to new heights But thats not the end of this flight. -You have to highlight it to read it well. Maybe if they do go with an ultra tower, it is going to somehow be themed to a plane or something.
A.J.
^^ Well, seeing that clue 3 was "a ride like this has never been done", I think its safe to say that it is not going to be an S&S tower. Yes, but "never been done" could mean "never been done by the park". I'm still firmly in the S&S tower camp. Three towers, all combo towers, rising some amount taller than the Kissing Tower - like Superman Tower of Power at Six Flags Over Texas. It would be the tallest drop tower complex in Pennsylvania. Genx24
Perhaps, but I don't buy that they'd do a big teaser campaign like this to announce a generic S&S tower, regardless of how tall it might be. Just seems like it's going to be something else entirely.
LiftThrill
A super tall S&S combo like STOP @ SFOT would be awesome but I'm all for something more unique as well.
ThemeParkJunkie51290
Seeing the word "flight" I would have thought about a wing coaster, but that's not even on the starting line at this point. LOL. The fifth clue should clear everything up though. I'm thinking S&S as the manufacturer for the drop tower, but it could be something we've never seen before. PhilNJ
What about this? If a clue is that it hasn't been done before, I don't know of an S&S installation of this type of tower. http://www.engineeringexcitement.com/product/rotating-tower/
coasterkid124
Maybe it's a triple tower with a Space Shot side, a Turbo Drop side and one rotating side. Seems like a possibility if they're going on the "never been done before" path.
TBpony414
What date will they be revealing the new ride? Usually it's mid-August and I paged back a few days but didn't see it mentioned.
