Even if the world were to end on some specific date in the near (or not so near) future you could die about a million other ways before then. Car accident, illness, a nasty frisbee accident just to name a few. Not trying to jinx you, but I'm just saying...

 

My advice would be to plan and conserve as though you'll live forever, but take the risks you want to take in case you die tomorrow.

 

Man, I should probably take my own advice sometime. I freak out about this stuff all the time. I'm going to start drawing up the blue-prints for my End of Days bunker tomorrow.
