No, I do think it has iced over at all.

 

I think Tony just pushed the "frosted" button to frost over the lense. That way we can't see what's going on with the construction today. They must be doing something huge.

Cedar Point opens much latter in the season than Carowinds, like 6+ weeks I think. So they have a lot more time and probably less overall construction to do after the ride track is finished.

Garet - that log flume video you posted looks really fun! My fav ride at SFA was the log flume that had a turntable so you'd go backwards for part of it. The name escapes me... Skull somethingorother. Anyway it's long gone now but that was always a hit with our crowd. Gotta love a good flume.

 

coasterbill - thanks for bearing your soul to us and explaining about the sky ride The line for it was outrageous when we were there last year so I didn't get on it but this year I plan to. Kings Dominion had a super long sky ride back in the day. Shame they're a dying breed.

Haha no problem. In the future don't let a full Sky Ride line bother you. Due to their incredible capacity a full ramp is only about 10 minutes.

I have always noticed that Quicken Loans Arena has been very good partners with Cedar Point and especially since Cedar Point joined up with The LeBron James Family Foundation. It's always cool seeing Cedar Point ads in unexpected places.
