At Oakwood we got roller coaster ERT, dark ride walk thru, back stage photo tour and now a Q&A session with the maintenance crew!

Time for a break from the park to experience the awesome Crystal Maze!

Crystal Maze is part puzzle video game and part Survivor challenges...here Elissa has to swing to the wall, jump off, hit both lit buttons at the same time, grab the rope and head back.

This is one of the puzzle games where you need to create a little dude in a short amount of time. This was all based on a late 90s TV game show!

"Pick one team member to navigate the maze without touching the metal bars. Press the button and come on back!"

In this live action Mario Party-like puzzle, you have to roll all three balls to the exit without rolling them over the skulls.

After playing about 15 mini-games, you end in the giant crystal dome. Hit as many lit buttons as you can!

You have about 90 seconds to hit as many buttons when they light up as possible.

Nigel says "Your day of fun is over...time to get back on the bus!"

Looks like TPR had an awesome time at Oakwood! Thank you to everyone who put our day together!

Ah the Crystal Maze, that was a lot of fun back in 2006. I hope all the terminals were working properly this time around.

On the plus side, the terminals and games were actually working BETTER! On the negative side, we were told this was going to be the final year for Crystal Maze.

Hello TPR I'm glad that your getting to see the best of British.I was just wondering when you are going to flamingo land and Alton towers because my mum might let me come and meet up with guys if you didn't mind and were also going to pleasure island I just wanted to warn you that I think it's closed down as my friends have been and the gates are locked and there's no rides going and these have all been on different days anyways glad to see you having a good time.

This report convinced me to go to the London Dungeon tomorrow. Nemesis convinced me to go to Alton Towers the day after tomorrow. Did the Passage of Terror (and no it wasn't Elton John's colonscopy video) at the West End today, okay, not worth 15 quid, some good scenes though with Jason, Freddy, and the Exorcist chick. It's a walk through with actors and a 3D presentation in a theatre as well.

No more crystal maze? Wait a second! That must mean they're getting that Intamin inverted 4-D teracoaster we've all been waiting for!!!

Unfortunately I have thought this about the UK Trip - however normally Robb has said before they can't guarantee you can meet up with them as they are usually pretty busy on the trip, also groups break off from the main group for the day so not everyone walks round all day. The only official meet up of the trip was the Club TPR day at Alton Towers, but that has finished now!

Also Pleasure Island Cleethorpe's Re-opened 1st May for business as usual

Well it looks like everyone is having fun! Can't wait to meet up with everyone on Sat/Sunday... who am I kidding? I can't wait to get on the plane on Thursday and away from work!

I'm still making my last minute preps and shifting the workload... and hoping that I can get out of Miami this time without a hitch!

When do you visit flamingo land as it is my home park and it is very easy to get to as my mum would be driving and she cannot drive to far.

Here's a football/soccer reference their is an England match on Wednesday at 3:00 if you check it out at a pub you feel a very tense atmosphere as England have to win to get in to the knock out stages.

Not all of the British are down about the World Cup. Just the English. The Scottish are loving it so far!

That is too bad about the Crystal Maze. It's a unique attraction, and I guess the forerunner of all this "Magic Quest" stuff, too. I remember TPR members nearly plowing into each other as they ran from room to room back in '06.
