Stealth Posted January 2, 2007 Posted January 2, 2007 My home park is Thorpe Park. Everyone near Thorpe would probably say Stealth, although this is an amazing ride and I have to agree with them I will be different and say Nemesis Inferno. It's not the best B&M by a long way, but I love B&M coasters and it happens to be in my home park. It also happens to be a damn fun ride in my opinion. I'm looking forward to the Fish returning aswell.

BarryH Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Well, you can say my home park is King Richard's Amusement Park in Naples, FL, but I think it closed. Then it would be BGA. Now that has some fine coaster flesh in it, particularly Kumba and SheiKra!
J man Posted January 3, 2007 Posted January 3, 2007 Castles n Coasters is my home park. I thought that Desert Storm was the best coaster there, but since my last visit I'm not sure anymore. How's that for coaster porn? You can see in this pic that the train isn't the same color all the way through. The first car is green the second is purple and the third is naked!!!
dj snow Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 It looks to me like they're repainting the shells of the cars (with an airbrush, of course) one-by-one, and rather than remove the entire car from the track, they're detaching the shells from the cars and sending them into the paint shop. It's an easier process to do it this way, but it looks horrible. Plus I don't think I'd feel comfortable sending the train around with those sandbags inside, no matter how securely they may appear to be strapped down. Hopefully it'll look great when it's all done, but for now: Bleccchhh.
fergusonat Posted January 4, 2007 Posted January 4, 2007 My homepark is Busch Gardens Europe and I'd have to say Apollo's Chariot easily steals the top spot for me personally. The airtime is amazing on that thing. Griffon might give Apollo a run for its money, though

vjgx Posted January 5, 2007 Posted January 5, 2007 Knott's is my home park, so it's a given that the answer is Xcelerator... GhostRider is close behind, but it's roughness can be very unpredictable... So you can't always rely on it to be a good ride.
