TheoB Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 Probably Saw, I feel so privellidged with Thorpe's amazing flat collection! Slammer is amazing (ly unrealiable)
ytterbiumanalyst Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 SDC - Outlaw RunWOF - MAMBA SFSTL - Batman: the Ride Agreed on all three. Â Interesting. I'd definitely rank Prowler above Mamba, though the latter is much more rerideable at this point. Â For my own home park, SFOT, NTAG is a given. Mamba to me is the classic out-and-back coaster perfected. It only goes up and down, but wow. Last row in the front car is the best airtime; on the second hill, you're out of your seat until nearly the bottom, and the bunny hops have relentless airtime on the return trip. It's pure fun.
Password121 Posted November 22, 2015 Posted November 22, 2015 For the parks closest to me... Kings Dominion--Intimidator 305 Six Flags America: Superman: RoS Â Also a semi-frequent visitor... Six Flags Great Adventure: El Toro

(Shockwave and Mr Freeze are pretty dang good too)
LuminousAphid Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 For my true "Home" park it would be Timberhawk: Ride of Prey at Wild Waves Theme Park. The ride is as uninspired as the name. Â For the "True" park closest to me, it would be Tremors or Timber Terror- I think Tremors is generally considered better, but I like Timber Terror better
Mars Posted November 23, 2015 Posted November 23, 2015 I feel blessed to have Alton Towers as my home park and the fact Nemesis lives there too is perfect. <3
historyfreak92 Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 The Iron Shark is very fun but not the greatest, & the Boardwalk Bullet is perfect, but not smooth, but a little rough but at least better than being without Astroworld in Houston!
Canobie Coaster Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Yankee Cannonball is the easy choice for me at Canobie. The first few drops give really good air-time in the back seat. Â Six Flags New England is a toughie. If you put a gun to my head, I'd pick Wicked Cyclone since where you sit doesn't have as big of an impact as Bizarro. The front on Bizarro is significantly better than every other seat.
Pacificoaster Posted November 27, 2015 Posted November 27, 2015 Twisted Colossus - Six Flags Magic Mountain
Rollercoaster1137 Posted November 28, 2015 Posted November 28, 2015 My home park is Phantasialand and I guess that the best coaster is under construction I can not wait to ride Taron
Nrthwnd Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 ^ No, your "current best" is easily Winjas. Great couple of coasters, both with great elements in them. Woo hoo! TPR 2010 Europe Tour.
Generational Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I would venture to say that Canobie Lake Park is my home park. Since there isn't much choice, I would say the Yankee Cannonball, with Untamed in a close second, and Corkscrew in a far last. I would ride the Dragon Coaster more readily than I would the Corkscrew. Â
thrillseeker4552 Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Currently... However my opinion may change if the refurbished GhostRider is THAT good!
dylanreich Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 ^Great coaster. Â For me, I'd have to say X2 at SFMM, Xcelerator at Knott's, and Space Mountain at Disneyland.
PeteA Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I would class Alton Towers as my home park as its the closet with "major" coasters, so for me it has to be Nemesis. Still a great ride after all these years.
Johnlloyd Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 I think Behemoth is the best coaster at my home park, Canada's Wonderland. I know what some might say but, I personally prefer the airtime on Behemoth over the speed on Leviathan. A coaster without much airtime is kind of boring to me but, I still find Leviathan to be a great ride, just not the best in the park in my opinion. It's possible that Leviathan was (and still is) a little over hyped.
WindexCyanide13 Posted December 2, 2015 Posted December 2, 2015 Wicked Cyclone at SFNE, Boulder Dash at Lake Compounce, and Wooden Warrior at Quassy.
ShaneH Posted December 11, 2015 Posted December 11, 2015 Voyage is easily the best coaster at my home park HW
