^ STAY AWAYYY spare yourself! You'll seriously die if you go on that ride.(fun to watch it and see the people stumbling as they get off though)And i strongly urge you to go on the zipper there,s airtime 'o' plenty on the flips!

and also most models have air locks on the cages you'll be fine!

  • 2 years later...

I've never come even remotely close to graying out or blacking out on any ride or coaster. Never.

An interesting bit I learned as a kid is to turn your head to the side on a looping coaster and watch the whole world rotate.

I do something similar on the Phantom's Revenge's final turn. It's fun.

It's happened to me before only once, and that was on Flight Deck at Canada's Wonderland. Only 4.5 G's but too much for me (atleast back then). Everything went dark for like 2 seconds and after that, the sunlight hurt my eyes! Its like when you wake up in the middle of the night and turn on the lights how it hurts your eyes. I was so freaked out when that happened (because I thought it was scary) but at the same time I kinda thought it was cool seeing how G force can affect you! I don't ahve any health condition that could cause that to happen, neither am I on any medications other than my daily vitamins and allergy medicine. Well it could've also be my fear of heights...

I guess I'm never going to be an astronaut or an aerobatic pilot...

never thought of that it could happen to me, but last spring, while riding the hulk at ioa, my vision turned foggy and i had a very high ringing in my ears. ok, i rode it while it was a very warm and sunny day i smoked many cigarettes before and after a 6-hour drive from miami to orlando. maybee that was the reason for that.

Riding Goliath at SFMM during one point my vision whited out for a second or two because it was so fast. I thought that would happen again but nope it didn't after my second ride on it last summer. I do believe staying in shape for the parks helps alot. I was more in shape & ready for SFMM last year. Thats the only time I have whited out.

On my 16th consecutive run on Titan at SFoT I started blacking out at the end of the second helix. The 17th run I blacked out during all of the second helix, and on my 18th run I "blacked" in and out from the beginning of the first helix to the final turn to the brakes. At that point I realized what was happening and decided to ride something else. I've heard that they ban consecutive rides on Titan/Goliath now, but the day I went (year it opened) they did not.
