The solar powered coaster looks cool to me!

Although it was quite unusual to see the lift at the end of the ride and not at the start

To sum it up: Cool roller coaster with a pretty big amount of speed

Wow! 'The funky little family coaster' looks nice.

At first I thought that it was one of these 'I have a one mile long train' coasters but it wasn't.

Pretty fast, twisty and quite long = awesome ride!

Today's TPR Daily April Video - One of the best Schwarzkopf roller coasters ever made! The Mindbender at Edmonton Mall!

EVERY REPLY YOU MAKE HERE WILL GIVE YOU ONE ENTRY TO WIN A BAG-O-CRAP!

(Yes, multiple comments DO count for more than one - but don't be stupid and post like 20 times in a row and keep your posts ON TOPIC with the videos!)

I chose the water park over this coaster back in 1989. If I had to do it all over again, I would have ridden this ride, and then gone to the water park. I did not know how to multi-task back then.

Wow, the speed that it takes the loops is insane! It's no surprise why that's by far the highest ranked Schwarzkopf coaster.

Also, the sound it makes during the off ride shots sounds like a jet!

Having three lead cars back to back looks really weird.

But the ride still looks really intense. Both Mindbender coasters are pretty high on my must-ride bucket list. If WEM can have backwards cars on their fairly intense coaster and still run well, maybe the Batman rides really won't be all that uncomfortable facing backwards either.

Edmonton - A great steel coaster.

Vancouver - A great wood coaster.

Woo hoo!

^^Wow, that must have been REALLY intense! You sort of get an idea of how intense it is when it pulls through the loops but I guess that only riding it will give you a real deal.

PS. the trains look kind of funky

This coaster looks amazing. Makes me miss Texas Tornado aka: Thriller when it was at SFAW. I only got to ride it 3 times while it was at SFAW but it by far the one of the best coasters I've ever been on.

You should be ashamed of yourself!!

Awww, only one more day left in April

The Mindbender video is powerful! It looks like a hell of a relentless coaster; definitely on my "must-ride" list. I love how Schwarzkopf has a knack for stuffing so much coaster in so little space.

This is the online 'onride photo' we got to send back to ourselves

back in 2001, when we visited the Mall....

(We're in back there, David and I, heh.)

I wonder if anyone can guess what video I chose for the very last April video?

It has to be a Wacky Worm.

One day I hope to make it to Edmonton and ride Mindbender. I don't know how they managed to offer backward rides, since even forwards it looks crazy.

Would it be that little Magic Forest coaster that we rolled-back/almost-trashed in Lake George?
