robbalvey
Judging by the ''Whees'' somebody's been hanging around with Robb. I'm not sure what you mean - that was me filming this coaster.
robbalvey
Today's TPR Daily Video is a Vekoma SLC with a BONUS HELIX!!!! Blue Tornado at Gardaland EVERY REPLY YOU MAKE HERE WILL GIVE YOU ONE ENTRY TO WIN A BAG-O-CRAP! ernierocker
Evil Vekoma extending the pain on their torture machines.
TyRush
Hmmm, looks like it packs a punch literally, maybe right to the head
rcjp
That didn't look too bad for an SLC, it actually looked like it was nicely paced. Still, none of that compares to the BONUS HELIX!
EPfan1
To me it looks like one of the better SLC's. But I have to admit that the bonus helix is...a bit too much Vekoma! And the name fits the ride very well I think...a tornado will shake and hurt you just like the coaster does, doesn't it?
23savannah
If Cedar Point created a ride like the S&S Free Fly one, it'd be awesome. CP doesn't have much 'family-friendly' coasters and this one would be perfect.
Whodey
I thought Robb was going to bust an O ring on the bonus helix. It did seem to add something "special" to the ride.
GO MUFC!!!
Judging by the ''Whees'' somebody's been hanging around with Robb. I'm not sure what you mean - that was me filming this coaster. I apologize, the first time I saw it I didn't recognize your voice but now I hear it. Â P.S. Great video!
Nrthwnd
This was the coaster on the 2010 TPR Tour that had an "age issue" with a couple of us on the tour, myself included. Considering that I had/have ridden on umpteen dozen+ of SLCs around the world didn't matter. It was Italy, another country with their own rules about riding coasters. And we had to abide by them, without argument. I actually got to ride it (yes!), but sadly, a couple of tourers did not.
Mechanic
All SLCs should have a BONUS HELIX added.
SuperShawn
All SLCs should be destroyed. Â Fixed
Marcel46
This SLC kinda confuses me. Some people say, it's their favourite SLC while others say it's one of the worst SLCs ever built because it has way too much
robbalvey
Today's TPR Daily Video We take a look at Led Zeppelin: The Ride at Hard Rock Park! (Remember this place?) Guy T. Koepp
Is it just me, or does anyone else forsee this ride showing up at Kentucky Kingdom in the next year or two?
LiMiT
Is it just me, or does anyone else forsee this ride showing up at Kentucky Kingdom in the next year or two? With Chang gone, Kentucky Kingdom is in need of a B&M to fill that large void left in the park. And for some reason, I think Led Zeppelin / Time Machine / Whatever it's called could fit in Chang's spot. That is if the proposed water park expansion doesn't happen. Please let this happen! I need this as a credit!
ajfelice
I'm happy to have ridden Zeppelin when it was Hard Rock Park. It will make a great addition to a smaller park looking for its first major looping coaster. Â Hard Rock Park itself was very well done, but the concept was simply bad for massive appeal. Not to mention the management and marketing turmoil that made the whole situation worse.
rcjp
I know this might not be a great coaster but I still think it's a shame that it isn't operating so I hope it is relocated soon. Nice footage.
netdvn
Did Led Zep actually have onboard audio? You can kinda hear it in the off-ride shots, but not in the POV. Â Its a shame this park didn't survive. I remember hearing advertisements for it all over the radio when it first opened. I guess they advertised in the wrong spot. cfc
^It did, indeed, have onboard audio of the last few minutes of "Whole Lotta Love." It also had the most annoying preshow and loading procedure this side of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster.
rcdude
Even though Time Machine looks very average by B&M standards, I'm sure it would be a signature ride at many parks. Hopefully the coaster is able to find new life somewhere in the near future, as I can think of a number of parks that could use it. Â Shame Hard Rock/Freestyle Music Park had to close. It looked like a good half-day park. If only it had been open one more year, then I could have visited.
TyRush
Wish this had a better home, and please take away that, i guess you call it a MCBR even though its not "mid", and I saw it from the car while down in Myrtle Beach back in 2010. Looked big from the highway
chieftom1
Trianon was an interesting coaster. For one it didn't hold many riders and second it sure wasn't long enough but if that was a demonstration ride then maybe we'll see it more and more. jray21
Never got to ride it so I hope it pops up somewhere else. Looks like a decent ride.
Whodey
I'll be in Myrtle Beach in June grabbing Family Kingdom credits. Too bad this ride will not make my credit list.
