p-sychiatrist Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Batman the Ride at GADV in 2005. I was just tall enough to ride. Same. I totally forgot you beat me to riding it, as usual I rode Batman, Superman, and Nitro all for the first time on one of the last days of Fright Fest
Rollercoaster Rider Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Iron Wolf in 2002 The coaster that rebooted my coaster riding interests.
TPDave Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Nemesis Inferno. I think I rode the wrong one of the two
coasterer22 Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Great Bear at Hersheypark was my first B&M. Hershey provided me with many firsts, including my first looping coaster and wooden coaster.
Buckeye_Ben Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Either Mantis or Raptor at CP...since I can't remember which I rode first I'll go with Raptor since it's a better ride
RandyV Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Man this makes me feel old. My first official B&M (under their own banner) was Iron Wolf when it opened in 1990 at SFGAm. As part of Giovanola, it would have been Z-Force at SFGAm in 1985.
Meteornotes Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 I'm guessing it was Batman at SFMM the year it opened. dt
WW1 Flying Ace Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 Dueling Dragons: Fire at Islands of Adventure I was about 8 or 9 at the time and was petrified. The ride was a catalyst for me becoming an enthusiast.
Ape Posted March 30, 2015 Posted March 30, 2015 (edited) I think it was Kumba. Edited March 30, 2015 by Ape
Derek_Zoolander Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Top Gun (now Flight Deck womp womp) at California's Great America. That thing has got to be the most underrated little invert around, puts the Batman clones to shame.
Snowyowl1028 Posted March 31, 2015 Posted March 31, 2015 Haven't ridden one yet. This summer I might.
GayCoasterGuy Posted April 1, 2015 Posted April 1, 2015 Iron Wolf Still have my Iron Wolf sticky note pads given out by the park before the ride opened:
canadianparkfan Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Iron Wolf Still have my Iron Wolf sticky note pads given out by the park before the ride opened: Hey, just noticed that in WordArt on my computer, one of the preset text colours looks exactly like this logo! Who would've thought it'd be in there lol Anyway, my first B&M was Behemoth, at Canada's Wonderland Plenty of
Khat26 Posted April 14, 2015 Posted April 14, 2015 Kumba, 1993. I still have my "I Survived Kumba" t shirt somewhere.
