BiCoastal Kid
Like I said.... Everest meets Nemesis! Droolworthy ride, in my opinion!
Immel Man
I think it's really going to be a toss-up between this and Voyage for the title of best new coaster next year. I'm more pumped for Black Mamba than I have been for a coaster in years even though I won't be riding it any time soon.
BiCoastal Kid
I'd say '06 is the best year for new coasters in quite some time!

rollerdude
Does anyone know when they are going to start on the drop and the rest of the ride? Are they waiting for them to complete the rest of the landscaping? I have to agree with BiCoastal Kid. Those turns and the cork look intense. Machtin
New pics! http://www.phantasialand-bruehl.de/park/bilder_/b_nov.html As you can see, they put tracks for the vertical loop onto the construction site. Everytime they move tracks to the construction site, you can be sure that they are going to be installed in the course of the next days. If I'm seeing right, you can already spot that new fundaments for the supports have been built. This is really getting better day by day!
roeterich
It seems that the whole track is now stored at the Phantasialand, so we can be sure that there is more track construction coming soon... SharkTums
Great photos! Thanks for letting us know. I'm really looking forward to going back to Germany. (Winjas seriously blew me away!). It's going to be hard to decide whether to do 'mainland Europe' or 'scandinavia' as our official TPR Trip in 2008!!!!
Hattuchili
^ Both Elissa, "mainland Europe" and "scandinavia"! I really have to ride Black Mamba! To sad I have no chance for that, next year! --Sören
Machtin
According to several people in the german forums, the first drop is already standing. But it was already too dark to take photos. So we can count on seeing the drop in all its beauty tomorrow. It's also almost certain that the helix already installed won't be the last because right before the entrance to the tunnel with the brakes there's a big round hole almost predestined for a helix. There's still a LOT to come we can look forward to, of that I'm sure.
