Wow... You will be able to see Goliath from most if not all of the park, especially after the lift hill goes up!

I saw on the Wikipedia article for Goliath that it will have a single rider line. Do any of you know if this is absolutely true? While Wikipedia articles don't usually lie, this sounds a little too good to be true. If it is, then that is fantastic because it means that when I go, I'll be able to get a ton of laps on it. If not, then oh well.

They confirmed in the most recent Insider video that there will be a single rider queue.

I'm very surprised that they are still using that exit ramp for the ride. That whole queue just felt crammed to me.

I agree with that 100%! Having one for Giant Drop would be really nice, too.

I did always like the Iron Wolf sign. Now, the ride was a completely different story.

Lets see how good the single ride line will be managed. So far I can say only EP and Disney does it perfectly - at other parks I sometimes even had to point the attendant to a single free seat or I would have never gotten a place. If attendants are not trained for them they have no or little value...

 

Secondly many manufacturers add a single ride line but leave it to the park to actually use it...

The dive loop looks like it's going to have a great twist effect, and some good G's. Everyone on the KI thread is bitching about how the inversions look drawn out, which lead to me looking a little harder at the track here, and it looks great! I've said it before, I'm not an inversion lover. But something about this dive loop, and the prospect of the zero g stall have me pretty excited!

SFGAm tends to make the most and best out of trash. If there is a tarp, It will be opening day.

Track is being lifted into place at the far end by the dive loop and lift.

I still can't believe this park is getting an RMC. After Outlaw Run on Texas-Midwest last summer, I am really, really excited for this.

Seems like there's still tons to do on this ride. Should be a rush around the proposed opening.

40 days from today until the planned opening for Goliath.

 

Track was added to the lift today and... more snow here in northern Illinois. From SFGAm's Instagram:

^^I think they will get it done. Lift hill is already going up with track, and the zero G stall supports are already in place. Dive loop is near done.
