sfmmrules!
I don't go to my local park-CGA anymore. I stopped going since 2007. It's SO BORING & the roller coasters STINK. They are nothing compared to SFMM. SFDK hardly has any & is too far away so I don't get to go there either but I have been a couple times a couple years ago. I am soooo jealous of those whose home parks are SFMM & the Disneyland Resort. If I were living there between my favorite parks in the whole world I would buy season passes & go to those parks every weekend!!!
Wood Dragon 1988
I used to go to Kings Dominion 4 or 5 times a year. I didn't go last year and probably won't go this year. I guess I'm just tired of it.
rcdude
I have two local parks, but the one I visit more is Knott's Berry Farm. I usually go here about three times a year, but this year I may go more. Disneyland is the other park fairly close by but I haven't gone here more than once a year at most since I stopped getting annual passes a few years ago because it is way too expensive. spaceace12
I consider any park within 4 hours of my home local....I have atleat 5 (but have only been to a few). Â I normally go to Holiday World about 5-6 times a year. Six Flags St. Louis about the same as HW Indiana Beach is a 2 times a year at most Kings Island is 3 hours from my home and I have yet to go during operating season (but plan on buying a pass this year visiting atleast 5 times). Calicoasters
I try to go to SFMM atleast once a month, but I've been going to KBF a bit more this year because it's half the drive. I miss SFMM so I think we might get two visits in this month. (This Sunday maybe, and 100% the Sunday after.) Â SFDK once a year is not enough, but we live way too far away from it! Philrad71
Waldameer is my closest "real" amusement park and I usually go once a year. Maybe more with RFII now at my disposal! Â Darien Lake is the next closest theme park. Last year was the first time I had visited in about five years or so. I actually had a great time and may go back there camping again this year. Â One of the two parks will also hold my company picnic. They usually rotate every other year. Last year was Waldameer, so this year could be Darien Lake. Vffreak07
I go to Nick Universe about 2 times a year, Valleyfair about 20.
BuschSchoe
My home park is Busch Gardens Williamsburg and I probably visit at least 2 or 3 times a month during the season.
Troll
My home park is Pleasurewood Hills. I only go there once or twice a year because it is really nothing special and very overpriced ($23 at todays exchange rate). The best ride is a boomerang so that gives you an idea of how good the place is.
netdvn
I've probably visited BGW thousands of times before. Last year, I had a VA Fun Card, but I only visited three times. Â It seems that after you've done all the rides, seen all the shows, and ridden all the coasters a couple hundred times, the park gets kinda boring. Â This year, I don't have a Season Pass or a Fun Card, so I'll probably not visit.
supertrooper
I live in Dallas, but I haven't been to SFOT in 4 years.
cycamps
Now that I can drive, I go to SFGAm twice a month, as it is 2 and a half hours away. It's still better than my former once-a-year trips.
ebl
I usually get to Knott's about once a year, and Disneyland/DCA about once or twice. Â This year, I've already been to SFMM about seven times, and probably will get out there about once or twice a month. Â Eric
MisterP
STSTL is my home park. If I get a season pass (only if we plan to visit at least one other SF park) we'll go 2-3 times a summer. If I don't get a pass, I'll go once every other year or so.
Tbcoasterfan
Cedar Point is my home park and about 10 minutes from my driveway. I go usually 20-30 times or so a year. I usually go in the early part of the season and the late part. I tend to not go very often in the summer as the lines are longer.
linearinduction
My home park is technically Alabama Adventure, and I usually go once a year just when friends want to. Â My second closest park is Six Flags over Georgia and I typically go 2-3 times a year, all depending on who wants to go. I don't go for the attractions, but just when friends want to hang out there. Thai you only go to SFOG for Wheelie! Admit It! Â Lagoon Park in Farmington, Utah, is my Home Park and only about 35 Minutes away. I go to Lagoon at least once every week and I use my Season Passport about 45 Times a Season. I May be a little Hard Core.
Emiroo
Holiday World is my home park. I made it out there 14 times last season. Not sure if I'll beat that this season but I intend to try.
traincrossin
My home park is SFGAm and last year I went 3 times. Once after school was let out, sometime during the summer because I got discounted tickets through work, and Fright Fest with a bunch of friends. I'm hoping to go a ton more though because this is the first year that I got a season pass.
Wild 1
I go to Hershey (I live closer to Hershey then SFA) about 2-3 times a year. Sometimes less.
stuartnz
My "local" park is four hours away and has 3 coasters. So... Once a year at most. In comparison I go overseas to visit parks about once every two years, so I have to be reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeallllly bored to want to go to Rainbow's End. Satchboogie3
Canobie Lake is my home park, about 30 minutes away, but I will probably only go there 5-6 times this season. I would go far more often, however, they don't have season passes... and I don't feel like spending $25+ every weekend. Â Funtown is about 1.5 hours away in Maine. I haven't been there in a long time, so I'll probably go 2-3 times this summer and get my credit on Excalibur. Â SFNE is 2.5 hours away and I'll probably get there 4-6 times. Mike Austin
My home park is technically Old Mcdonalds Park, which I've never been to.
coasterbear30
SFOG is my home park and I go at least 10-20 times a year. With Goliath being my #1 baby I go to ride her as much as possible. I also tend to go to Dollywood at least 3-4 times since it is only 3 hours away. And occasionally Lake Winnie since it's only an hour and a half. Speeddeamon128
I have two home parks. Clementon Park which is right down the street from me & GADV which is about 45 minutes away. I have season passes to both parks & I also have a Cedar Fair Platinum Pass for Dorney. I rotate parks each week so I don't get to bored riding the same coasters week after week. On average I hit Clementon & GADV 6x a year. I try to go some place different each week with in a 3 hour driving distance & there are a bunch of great parks in my area.
