mcjaco Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 ^ What if they already are? We alls speak goodly english.
ebl Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 ^ Perhaps, but they only benefit from it if they're awake... Eric
Team Thriller Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 I can't believe no one has posted this yet: GO ROBB!!!! I think a lot of teen that aren't even in this forum needs to pay attention this this and make a change to their lives to make thoughtful, informative, and grammatically correct posts. P.S. I'm thirteen and I put shame to a lot of older teenagers. I think someone was trying to compete with Brent. --James
terrancew_hod Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 ^It wasn't a dumb statement, he was just setting himself up to fail. ...and FAIL he did. Terry
Manny In England Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 ^^ He was the guy who got a weeks ban a few days later, right?
Kennyweird Posted September 9, 2008 Posted September 9, 2008 What's the stupidest thing you've said/done at the worst possible time? Why would you post this and expect a response? I don't feel like talking about my biggest blunder, and I bet almost everybody else doesn't, either.
BeemerBoy Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 I only get POV's on 'special' rides. I would plug my website but it is in a refurbishment at the moment. Taiko Rolls EyesAny way the advice I can give is a very good one sneak your camera on ride after strapping it to your wrist in such a way scissors or other device would have to be used to take it off. Then just as you head out of the station take it out and get ready. Most of the time (well 100% record for me) the ride will stop on the lift hill. And so a staff member comes to try and take it off me. Only to find it is attached to my wrist in such a way they cannot take it from me. So they have three options remove me from the ride, start the ride, get scissors and such to remove it from my wrist (Which is nearly impossible as it took 30 mins in a hotel room last time with a very good pair of scissors.) Laughing Thats my advice. Hope it helps. Maybe you could work on a way to tape a brain to the inside of your head.
ginzo Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 ^Wow, maybe that guy is the real Duct Tape Bandit: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=F79iThUEWFg
terrancew_hod Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 ^^I would be really appreciative of someone that thought so much of keeping the coaster line going for others to ride, that the ride ops had to stop the ride on the lift hill so they can deal with removing something you had no business bringing with you in the first place. I love having an additional 15 minutes added to the 45 I've already waited in line for. That's really bad advice IMO. That type of stunt warrants getting escorted out of the park with no refund. Terry
ginzo Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 ^Like it's so much of a bother to just follow park rules in the first place. Even Robb doesn't get to film on every coaster out there. No big deal!
kennywood!007 Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Angels and Airwaves....their lyrics are so emo and every song makes me want to cry and cut myself. The guitar/drums/bass are so bland. Fixed. Anyway, my favorite are: Muse Radiohead Queens Of The Stone Age Moron.
Kalepi_Konei Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 Angels and Airwaves....their lyrics are so emo and every song makes me want to cry and cut myself. The guitar/drums/bass are so bland. Fixed. Anyway, my favorite are: Relient K Cartel Queen Wow that guy really can't say anything his band choice is really not good but not in a homosexual way either.
kennywood!007 Posted September 10, 2008 Posted September 10, 2008 ^This is what I originally said. Angels and Airwaves....their lyrics are so deep and every song gives me chills. The guitar/drums/bass are so amazing.
haux Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 Acording to The Bible, (the rapture) won't occure until August 18 ,2018. Complete with spelling errors.
chmilo24 Posted September 11, 2008 Posted September 11, 2008 ^ I knew this one would come back to haunt me. Spelling has never been my strong point and the date thing was just a guess.

haux Posted October 21, 2008 Posted October 21, 2008 ^ I'll post it so people don't have to search. On the topic of taking POV videos on rides at parks: I don't ask permission, I just sneak them on. I got caught with it on Thunderbolt at SFNE, and all I got was a nice reminder that I shouldn't bring loose dtuff on rides. I had the camera bag inside my coat and the ride op saw my strap. Oh well! I had a great POV of Yankee Cannonball but it got deleted by mistake! Here is my motto: Never ask for permission, just do it. You can always say that you didn't know it wasn't allowed.
Wes Posted October 23, 2008 Posted October 23, 2008 This is very rational. Wow is all I can say and that's not in a good wow way either This looks like something that should be getting built at Castle park or Scandia ontario, not a major park like SFMM. They could have atleast pushed theI limits and went for 3500 feet atleast, I'm not asking for 300 feet at 90* degrees I just want some ride time, and not one of those ...is that it! type of rides. I was hoping that GCI would kind of break the mold since they were working with such a major world wide known park, yet this coaster looks lamer then any of their coasters to date IMO. This looks like something they designed 10 years ago, and imo looks like a total snooze fest. I was atleast expecting something like Troy yet we get something that should be installed at the county fair wow 10 million for this yet El Toro cost 12 SFMM might as well bought a wacky worm coaster and named that terminator. Dude your right this is as stupid as the time Peter forgot how to sit down I'm not even going to go on to much about the name and theme beside saying who ever was involved should be beaten to death and drugg behind a speeding car through the streets of Los Angeles . I guess I'll make this the 5th year that I haven't bought a season pass nor made a trip to that pathetic attemp at an amusement park named SFMM ...one of the one here that would rather see million dollar homes on that hillside instead of half assed mediocore rides in a garbage dump of a park oh well this is IMHO
coolhandluke Posted October 24, 2008 Posted October 24, 2008 ^And its sister post... not impressed. i think no coaster should be shorter than 3500ft. i think that sfmm should have waited and gotten an el toro.
