My home park is SFDK. It's a little under 2 hours away. Or, a little over 2 hours if traffic is bad.

Anypark on the gold coast. Although my Favourite coaster is at Movie World. I'm gonna say Dreamworld. Im dedicated to it.

Its beauty. Its Intamin Giant Drop/Intamin Reverse Freefall Tower.

 

Also i prefer White Water World to WetnWild. (We steal all the theme park names.)

That said, I'm going to be one of the few that actually misses Psyclone. Ride wasn't too bad when you knew how to ride it defensively.

You make a good point.

 

I guess it's just nostalgia, really. I had a lot of fun working that ride and I guess, after the nearly a year I worked it, I kind of grew fond of Psyclone. I rode it well over two thousand times in the year and a half I was at the park and one day, I rode it forty times in a row without getting off.

 

But, that said, I'm excited for Terminator. The layout looks absolutely beautiful and I'm sure that, given the chance, I'll be fond of that ride as well.

P.S. -- The secret to Psyclone was to keep the lap bar a bit loose and to not tighten up like most people tried to. You had to ride that ride defensively.

my local Park is CentrO Park. it's just a 5 minute walk! there is one spinning coaster.

 

Movie Park Germany (15 minutes by car) and Toverland (30 minutes by car) were the next bigger Parks here.

Toronto, Canada. Home park: Canada's Wonderland and, less well known to people outside of Toronto, Ontario Place (I thought that place was boring if you go there for amusement park purpose, and unless you have little kids.)

By "home park" I simply mean the closest park to me. Further away is Enchanted Forest, and those are the only two active coaster parks in the state.

I live about 10 minutes from Carowinds. It is actually on my way home from work which makes it really convenient to stop by on my way home.

 

I also grew up going to Disney World on an every other year basis, so I consider that my home away from home park.

My 'home park' is Walibi Belgium. About a 45 minute drive from where I live and definitely has the best rollercoaster in Belgium.

I live in the midwest, Chicago, IL.

My home park is SFGAm (Six Flags Great America) about an hour away.

Dorney Park hour and 15 minutes

Knoebels hour and a half

Hersheypark 2 hours

 

I consider Knoebels my "true" home park because I visit it the most even though Dorney is technically closer.
