Don't expect a test run for a while. Temps here are in the negetives for a few days. I would say a March or early April test run sounds more feasible.

No, no you don't.

 

It's February and everything is frozen. Testing probably won't start until late March. At least not full testing of the ride.

 

Testing the power and compuer systems,etc will obviously be going on.

Darn...well atleast some activity has been going on. For a couple days they had a tarp over the station, maybe they were laying concrete or something of that sort for the station floor?

 

Atleast thats potentially another train on the tracks!

Quite possible.

 

This is the boring stage of construction. Very little of what is going on right now is going to be visible on a webcam. Or really of any interest to many people.

 

Concentrate on other things and then come back in two months.

Why yes there is a full train on the track, and yes it is the silver one, but no don't expect testing anytime soon. Its still freezing temperatures here so i doubt they would test in them. My guess is there doing a pull through with the whole train to make sure that all the rows are clear.

WIll they have time to do the themeing? I mean they relied on the very calm and warm November, December and Janurary but Feburary is hell up here in Northern Ohio.

The theming looked really great in the video but of course won't take nearly as long as let's say a Disney park... It's not like they have to build a whole mountain... just some concrete "mine shaft" walls and other random bits. I don't see why they couldn't have it done on time.

Yea, but from what I understand, you can pour concrete in the snow and you can't pour it when it's below a certian degrees.

Dang, thoes trains look better then i thought, maybe its true, Cedar Point is themeing a ride
